    摘要: A winching and drawing machine comprising a drive shaft 1 for driving a load sheave 10, a pressure receiving member 2 fitted onto the drive shaft 1, brake plates 3 installed in contact with the pressure receiving member 2 and fitted onto the drive shaft 1, a pawl wheel 4 interposed between the brake plates 3, a drive member 5 screwed on the drive shaft 1 so as to be pressed to and separated from the brake plates 3, an idler spring 6 installed between the drive shaft 1 and the drive member 5, and a lever 24, and characterized in that a stopper 7 engaging with the drive shaft 1 is provided at an end face of the drive member 5 and an idler grip 8 is fixed on an outer face of the stopper 7. Lever latching means at a drive-shaft end of the winching and drawing machine has the function of adjusting the chain length, and the winching and drawing machine includes a small number of parts, and is small-sized, lightweight and inexpensive.

    摘要: A winching and drawing machine comprises a drive shaft for driving a load sheave, a pressure receiving member fitted onto the drive shaft, brake plates installed in contact with the pressure receiving member and fitted onto the drive shaft, a pawl wheel interposed between the brake plates, a drive member screwed on the drive shaft so as to be pressed to and separated from the brake plates, an idler spring installed between the drive shaft and the drive member, and a lever. A stopper engaging with the drive shaft is provided at an end face of the drive member and an idler grip is fixed on an outer face of the stopper 7. Lever latching structure at a drive-shaft end of the winching and drawing machine has a function of adjusting a chain length.

    摘要: A hoisting and pulling device has a frame body (13) made by integrally forming a speed reducer side frame (13b) on an outer peripheral edge surface of the frame body, a drive side frame (13a) on the outer peripheral edge surface of the frame body, and a frame connection section (16) on the outer periphery of a load sheave receiving section. The speed reducer side frame (13b) rotatably supports a speed reducer gear (3) and has a speed reducer side cover installation section (15b). The drive side frame (13a) has a drive side cover installation section (15a). The frame connection section (16) has guide grooves (22a, 22b) for guiding a chain (11) run around the load shave. Both frames (13a, 13b) have hook installation holes (24) for rotatably supporting a hook for suspending a body frame on the load side. The structure above reduces the number of parts and assembling man-hour and makes the structure simpler, reducing the size and costs.
