There is provided a power amplifier module including: an ESD protection circuit that is connected to an output terminal of the LDO part, an output conductive wire pad that outputs the operating power of the LDO part; a printed conductive wire pad that is electrically connected to the output conductive wire pad of the PA controller; a first power coupler that includes a first primary side conductive wire electrically connected to the printer conductive wire pad; a second power coupler that includes a second primary side conductive wire electrically connected to the printer conductive wire pad; a first PA part; and a second PA part, wherein each of the first PA part and the second PA part is protected from ESD by the ESD protection circuit.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is a power amplifier. The power amplifier includes N power amplification means, a transformer, and a harmonic elimination unit. Each of the N power amplification means amplifies an input signal into a predetermined level. The transformer includes N/2 primary windings respectively connected to the output terminals of the power amplification means and a secondary winding configured such that coil elements are connected in series between an output terminal and a ground, and sums power transmitted from the primary windings. The harmonic elimination unit is disposed across both ends of the secondary winding of the transformer, and eliminates the output of the harmonic frequencies of a preset frequency.

    摘要: There is provided a communications circuit for reducing crosstalk. The communications circuit for reducing crosstalk may include: a conductive power supply pattern supplying driving power applied from the outside; a first transformer implemented as an integrated passive device (IPD) type having a first input conductive line receiving a first signal of a low-frequency band received from a first power amplifier and a first output conductive line close to the first input conductive line and electromagnetically coupled with the first input conductive line, and receiving the driving power supplied from the conductive power supply pattern through a terminal formed on the first input conductive line; and a second transformer implemented as the IPD type having a second input conductive line receiving a second signal of a high-frequency band received from a second power amplifier and a second output conductive line close to the second input conductive line and electromagnetically coupled with the second input conductive line, and receiving the driving power supplied from the conductive power supply pattern through a terminal formed on the second input conductive line, and the conductive power supply pattern may include an inductor component. Therefore, crosstalk between the low-frequency band and the high-frequency band can be reduced.
