摘要: Described herein are systems, methods, and computer-readable medium for detecting a perfusion abnormality of a subject. In one embodiment, a method includes the following: obtaining, by dynamic radiography, imaging data for a dynamic series of a plurality of x-ray images that include areas of a subject corresponding to pulmonary vasculature; identifying, based on the imaging data, a dynamic signal corresponding to changing blood volume during the cardiac cycle of the subject; decomposing the dynamic signal into periodic components in frequency space; identifying, from the periodic components in frequency space, signals oscillating at the heart rate of the subject; generating, based on the identified signals oscillating at the heart rate of the subject, a perfusion map representation corresponding to pulmonary tissue perfusion in the subject; and detecting, based at least in part on the generated perfusion map representation, a perfusion abnormality of the subject.

摘要: A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a program causes a computer to perform an analysis process based on a radiation moving image in which a dynamic state of a specific site of a subject is captured. The program includes the analysis process in which, an analysis is performed based on the radiation moving image wherein when a plane in which the specific site is movable is to be a movable plane, the radiation moving image is obtained by irradiating radiation on the specific site in a state in which the radiation is orthogonal to the movable plane.

摘要: Disclosed is a system that includes pressure sensors to assist in monitoring pressure at a selected location. Pressure sensors may be applied to or incorporated into catheters and/or shunts positioned within a patient. A monitoring system may then receive signals from the pressure sensors to monitor pressure at the location over time.

摘要: A system and method provide for image-guided implant placement as a function of at least one intraoperative image during a surgical procedure. At least one computing device is configured by executing code stored in non-transitory processor readable media to process at least one preoperative image to assess axial rotation and/or sagittal pelvic inclination. Further, as a function of a plurality of identified anatomical landmarks in the at least one preoperative image, at least one of distances, angles, and areas is measured. Thereafter, as a function of calculations associated with the at least one of distances, angles, and areas, axial rotation associated with at least one image is measured. Thereafter, at least one value associated with placement of an implant during the surgical procedure is adjusted and information associated therewith is provided via a graphical user interface.

摘要: A radiation reduction system that includes a computer and an imaging device configured to provide an image of a subject during a medical procedure using electromagnetic radiation. A variety of inputs are accepted from the medical practitioner using the computer such as subject body type, weight, and the like. These user inputs are used by the computer to determine operating settings that are transmitted to the imaging device using a communications link that may be wireless. The calculated settings are useful to generate one or more medically useful images of the subject while significantly reducing the overall radiation exposure to the subject and/or the personnel and/or medical practitioner.

摘要: A method for correcting location of a virtual target in a patient during a live procedure comprises segmenting the organ and the real target from an initial pre-procedure image data set; receiving a live procedure image data set of the patient including the organ and the real target and camera tracking information; registering the initial pre-procedure image data set and the live image data set; determining a candidate location of a virtual target for the real target based on the initial registration; generating a first image at a first view angle showing the virtual target and the real target; adjusting the candidate location of the virtual target to match the actual location of the real target in the first image; and computing a corrected location for the virtual target based on the adjusting step. Related systems are disclosed.

摘要: Methods for correlating intraluminal data with x-ray image data involve providing x-ray image data of a tubular organ, providing intraluminal data of the tubular organ, synchronizing the x-ray image data with the intraluminal data based on a cardiac cycle extracted from an available input signal and/or the x-ray image data and/or the intraluminal data to match x-ray image data with intraluminal data in a specific cardiac phase, and co-registering x-ray image data with intraluminal data by creating a cumulative image at the specific cardiac phase which reconstructs the path followed by an intraluminal wire used for acquiring the intraluminal data to link the intraluminal data to spatial locations of the path followed by the wire within the x-ray image. A corresponding system and computer program are also disclosed. The method and systems can be controlled by one or more computer systems configured with specific executable instructions.

摘要: A real-time fluoroscopic imaging system includes a collimator and a detector which are rotationally movable independent of the support assembly, e.g., c-arm, to which they are mounted. Rotational movement of the collimator and the detector are coordinated such that the orientation of the detector with respect to the collimator does not change. The collimator may include a geared flange member to facilitate rotation, and may be a single molded piece formed of a plastic such as tungsten polymer material. The system may also include a plurality of interchangeable collimators characterized by different shapes. A display is provided to present an image to an operator, and image orientation logic displays a target anatomy in a selected orientation regardless of orientation of the target anatomy relative to the detector, and regardless of rotation of the detector.

摘要: This document relates to technologies of projecting an incision marker onto a patient using a movable gantry carrying a medical imaging system and at least one laser which is adjustable relative to the gantry. The medical imaging system is used for capturing a fluoroscopic or x-ray image of at least a part of the patient from a viewing direction. Then a virtual marker is set in the captured image in order to indicate a point or region of interest, for example as a point or at least one line of an incision. Then the laser is used to indicate, from a projection direction different from the viewing direction, the point or region of interest onto the surface of the patient, thus making the point or region of interest visible from the outside.
