摘要： A method for filling and packing a gas and a liquid material by filling the gas in an amount corresponding to 2-40 vol % of the volume of the liquid material together with the liquid material into a package bag composed of plastic films through an unsealed opening portion thereof and then sealing the unsealed opening portion by heat sealing, characterized in that the gas is previously dispersed and incorporated in form of microbubbles having a diameter of not more than 50 μm in to the liquid material and filled into in the package bag at a state of microbubble-containing liquid material, or the gas is filled while generating as microbubbles having a diameter of not more than 50 μm in the liquid material previously supplied to the package bag.

The device further comprises a first pressure gauge for measuring a first pressure inside the pipe at a location upstream from the tube, a device for determining an air mass flow in the pipe, and a control unit for receiving the measured parameters, where the control unit is adapted to calculate the pressure in the tube based on the air mass flow and the first pressure, according to a first pre-established relationship. The invention also relates to a method being implemented by the device.

摘要： A syringe propellable by propellant that boils at a predetermined temperature, the syringe including a barrel having an outlet at a front end, and a stopper axially moveable in the barrel. The stopper separates a first chamber and a second chamber, the first chamber being axially forwards of the stopper and being configured for containing a medicament, and the second chamber being axially rearwards of the stopper and being configured to receive propellant for acting on the stopper to move the stopper axially forwardly in the barrel to expel medicament through the outlet upon actuation of the syringe. The syringe further includes a rupturing portion and a third chamber for containing propellant where the third chamber is rupturable upon actuation of the syringe to fluidly connect the third chamber to the second chamber. When propellant is released into the second chamber the pressure in the second chamber increases causing the stopper to move axially forwardly to begin expulsion of medicament from the first chamber through the outlet. The syringe is configured such that while the medicament is expelled from the first chamber the pressure in the second chamber changes to a second pressure.

A secondary die cut segment can be disposed between the primary die cut segment and an end of the package. This secondary die cut can be at least partially underlain by the adhesive.

摘要： A form-fill-seal machine is capable of reducing poor sealing caused by a packaged article catching in lateral seal portions. The form-fill-seal machine is provided with an upper tube, a lower tube disposed therebelow, a former, a lateral sealing mechanism below the lower tube, and opening and closing sliding members. A packaged article is dropped through the interiors of the upper tube and the lower tube. The former winds a sheet of a film F around the circumference of the lower tube to convert same into a tubular film. The lateral sealing mechanism laterally seals the tubular film. The opening and closing sliding members, which are disposed between the upper tube and the lower tube, shut off an upwardly oriented flow of gas from the interior of the lower tube when in a closed state.

摘要： A process for forming a pouch having an evacuated headspace containing a flowable material is disclosed. The process includes the steps of: providing a continuous tube of flexible and sealable film; supplying the continuous tube with a predetermined amount of flowable material; pinching the continuous tube above a sealing region so as to form a pinched portion of the continuous tube; evacuating the headspace between the pinched portion and the predetermined amount of flowable material; and sealing the continuous tube at the sealing region to form a top seal of a previously formed pouch containing flowable material and a bottom seal of a next-to-be filled pouch. Also disclosed is a vertical form-fill-seal apparatus for forming a pouch containing a flowable material and having an evacuated headspace.

The vertical pillow-type bag manufacturing and packaging apparatus (30) introduces and packages inside a bag shaped packaging material (Fc) seasoned articles (X2. . . X2) to which the powdered seasoning has been adhered. Furthermore, the end part (22b), which is the dispersing mouth,of the second conduit (22) is provided and arranged so that it is positioned inside the bag shaped packaging material (Fc). A first electrical charging mechanism is provided to charge the seasoning with a polarity and a second electrical charging mechanism is provided to a transverse sealing mechanism of the packaging material to charge the packaging material with the same polarity as the seasoning. In this manner the seasoning and the packaging material repel each other during the sealing operation.
