    摘要: A string emanating from a packaging machine is arranged in a slot by means of a feed inlet and placed in a winding shaft (12). This placement is assisted by the use of positioning brushes (4). After the initial introduction, winding up takes place upon rotation of the winding shaft and upon further engagement of the string in the slot (14) in the winding shaft. The winding shaft is provided on a carrying disc (5) and said carrying disc is also arranged so as to be rotatable. During the first stage, the section of the string emanating from the supply path is pulled with constant force. After the string has been separated from the remaining material, the winding is carried out. Subsequently, the rotating shaft with the string, through rotation of the carrying disc, reaches a next position in which pressing the reel and thus adhesion of the reel end moves the winding shaft out of the reel. The reel has already been checked prior to entering the winding device to determine whether it has to be inspected.

    摘要: A coil stripping apparatus that strips a coil of thin flexible material from a drum of coiling machine, comprises a non-rotating pusher plate slidably movable along the length of the drum, as powered by a hydraulically actuated motor, for effecting the transport of the coil along the drum. A stripper member having opposed first and second finger members, with the first and second finger members each having a base portion and a projecting portion, is rotatably mounted with respect to the non-rotating pusher plate for co-rotation with the drum about the longitudinal axis. The stripper member is in contact with one or the other of the first and second drive surfaces so as to be slidably movable along the length of the drum by the non-rotating pusher plate. The projecting portions are shaped and dimensioned to enter respective co-operating substantially longitudinally disposed first and second generally opposed slots in the drum, thereby to permit the stripper member to engage the entire radius of the coil at two generally opposed orientations and so as to permit the coil to be subsequently moved longitudinally along the drum and removed from the drum.

    摘要: There is disclosed a fully automatic winding device for winding material in ribbon or strip form, particularly strips or ribbons made of metal foil for producing tightly wound rolls of such material. The device comprises at least one take-up spindle and at least one take-up spool for winding the material thereupon. The device further comprises a pressure roller for pressing already wound-up material against the underlying windings of the material or against the spool itself. The take-up spindle is journaled freely rotatable and floating. It is driven by the pressure roller which in turn is driven and serves to pull the material to be wound up from a supply spool.
