    摘要: One exemplary embodiment can be a fluid catalytic cracking unit. The fluid catalytic cracking unit can include a first riser, a second riser, and a disengagement zone. The first riser can be adapted to receive a first feed terminating at a first reaction vessel having a first volume. The second riser may be adapted to receive a second feed terminating at a second reaction vessel having a second volume. Generally, the first volume is greater than the second volume. What is more, the disengagement zone can be for receiving a first mixture including at least one catalyst and one or more products from the first reaction vessel, and a second mixture including at least one catalyst and one or more products from the second reaction vessel. Typically, the first mixture is isolated from the second mixture.

    摘要: Disclosed is a combination process for improved hydrotreating and catalytic cracking of hydrocarbon oils, including: contacting residual oil, catalytic cracking cycle oil, and optional distillate oil with a hydrotreating catalyst under hydrotreating conditions in the presence of hydrogen followed by separation of the reaction products to obtain gas, hydrogenated naphtha, hydrogenated diesel oil, and hydrogenated tail oil; contacting the hydrogenated tail oil and optional normal catalytic cracking feedstock oil with a cracking catalyst under catalytic cracking conditions followed by separation of the reaction products to obtain dry gas, hydrogenated naphtha, liquefied petroleum gas, catalytic cracked gasoline, catalytic cracked diesel oil, and catalytic cracking cycle oil; wherein the hydrogenated tail oil and/or normal catalytic cracking feedstock oil are separated into at least two fractions, the light and the heavy fractions or normal catalytic cracking heavy feedstock oil and normal catalytic cracking light feedstock oil, prior to contacting the hydrogenated tail oil and/or normal catalytic cracking feedstock oil with the cracking catalyst. The process according to the present invention is especially suitable for conversion of hydrocarbon oils to produce more products of gasoline or diesel oil.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a process for thermal cracking of heavy petroleum oil, in which when a thermal cracking facility having a cracking furnace, two or more of trains each comprising two reaction vessels and one distillation tower is operated, each train is operated by repeating a cycle comprising drawing the heavy petroleum oil from the cracking furnace, feeding the drawn heavy petroleum oil into the first reaction vessel and then feeding the drawn heavy petroleum oil into the second reaction vessel, steam is directly brought in contact with the heavy petroleum oil to be thermally cracked, and gaseous cracked substances produced and steam are introduced into the distillation tower to be distilled and separated, wherein phase delay is provided for the cycle repeated in each train so that the thermal cracking facility is operated with the different initiation time of feeding to the first reaction vessel in each train. According to the present invention, the instability of the flow-in quantity of the gaseous substances to the distillation tower is improved, and the improvement of separation performance, the increase of processing capacity of the facility and the like can be achieved.

Integration of the units in parallel allows production of an overall product stream with maximum ethylene and/or propylene by routing various feedstreams and recycle streams to the appropriate cracking zone(s), e.g. ethane/propane to the steam pyrolysis zone and C4 C6 olefins to the light olefin cracking zone. This integration enhances the value of the material balances produced by the integrated units.

    摘要: A process for the dual riser contacting of a primary feed and a secondary recycle feed fraction uses independent recovery of the separate streams from the riser cracking zone to improve the product yields and properties. Separate recovery segregates the upgraded recracked components from the rest of the primary cracked products. The benefits of selective of recracking are lost if the upgraded products from the recycle stream become recombined with the primary cracked product. The selectively recovered recycle feed may undergo hydroprocessing to hydrogenate, hydrocrack and/or hydrotreatment before recracking. The process can also make highly efficient use of the high residual activity in the catalyst that has contacted the secondary feed.
