摘要: The present invention relates to a device and to a process for the fluidized bed catalytic cracking of a hydrocarbon feedstock, in which: a first feedstock (2) is cracked in a dense fluidized bed reactor (1) in the presence of a catalyst (3) to produce a first effluent; and at least one second feedstock (10) is cracked in a transport fluidized bed reactor (4) in the presence of the catalyst (3) supplied by the dense fluidized bed reactor (1) to produce a second effluent, the second feedstock (10) being a heavier feedstock than the first feedstock (2).

摘要: Process to conduct a steam cracking reaction in a fluidized bed reactor The disclosure relates to a process to perform a steam cracking reaction, said process comprising the steps of providing a fluidized bed reactor comprising at least two electrodes; and a bed comprising particles, wherein the particles are put in a fluidized state by passing upwardly through the said bed a fluid stream, to obtain a fluidized bed; heating the fluidized bed to a temperature ranging from 500° C. to 1200° C. to conduct the endothermic chemical reaction; wherein at least 10 wt. % of the particles based on the total weight of the particles of the bed are electrically conductive particles and have a resistivity ranging from 0.001 Ohm·cm to 500 Ohm·cm at 800° C. and in that the step of heating the fluidized bed is performed by passing an electric current through the fluidized bed.

The feed nozzle assembly comprises an outer tube supplying a first liquid feed, such as oil, an inner tube supplying a dispersion gas, such as steam, a third tube supplying a second liquid feed, such as biomass, and a nozzle end. A catalytic cracking process wherein two or more hydrocarbon liquids are jointly dispersed into a dispersion gas and jetted via the same feed nozzle assembly into a catalytic cracking reactor.

摘要: The invention concerns a CLC process, and its installation, producing high purity dinitrogen, comprising:(a) the combustion of a hydrocarbon feed by reduction of a redox active mass brought into contact with the feed, (b) a first step for oxidation of the reduced active mass (25) obtained from step (a) in contact with a fraction of a depleted air stream (21b), in order to produce a high purity stream of dinitrogen (28) and a stream of partially re-oxidized active mass (26); (c) a second step for oxidation of the stream of active mass (26) in contact with air (20) in order to produce a stream of depleted air and a stream of re-oxidized active mass (24) for use in step (a); (d) dividing the stream of depleted air obtained at the end of step (c) in order to form the fraction of depleted air used in step (b) and a fraction complementary to the depleted air extracted from the CLC.

摘要: The invention relates to a process for the production of thermoplastic moulding compounds, in particular ABS, wherein at least a first reagent (11) and a second reagent (12) of the thermoplastic moulding compounds are fed to a gear pump (10) which comprises a housing and at least a first gear wheel that is rotatable relative to the housing about a first axis, and a second gear wheel that is rotatable relative to the housing about a second axis, wherein a loop conduit (29) is provided, and wherein the reagents (11, 12) are pressed in a loop through the loop conduit (29) and passing the gear wheels, whereby the reagents (11, 12) are dispersed to form a dispersion (15) in the gear pump (10). The invention also relates to a thermoplastic moulding compound that is produced by the inventive process.

摘要: A system for converting fuel may include a first moving bed reactor, a second reactor, and a non-mechanical valve. The first moving bed reactor may include at least one tapered section and multiple injection gas ports. The multiple injection gas ports may be configured to deliver a fuel to the first moving bed reactor. The first moving bed reactor may be configured to reduce an oxygen carrying material with a fuel by defining a countercurrent flowpath for the fuel relative to the oxygen carrying material. The second reactor may communicate with the first moving bed reactor and may be operable to receive an oxygen source. The second reactor may be configured to regenerate the reduced oxygen carrying material by oxidation.

摘要: A dual bed pyrolysis system may include a falling bed reactor employing a heat carrier particulate to pyrolyze biomass to create a pyrolysis product and a pyrolysis waste product. The dual bed pyrolysis system may also include a fluidized bed reactor. The fluidized bed reactor may accept the pyrolysis waste product including char and heat carrier particulate from the falling bed reactor. The fluidized bed reactor may combust the char in the presence of the heat carrier particulate. The fluidized bed reactor may combust the char to reheat the heat carrier particulate. The reheated heat carrier particulate may be provided to the falling bed reactor to pyrolyze biomass to create a pyrolysis product and a pyrolysis waste product.

摘要: A heat receiver, a reactor, and a heater utilize the heat of concentrated solar light for thermal decomposition and/or chemical reaction of coals, etc. The heat receiver includes: a side portion forming a substantially cylindrical side surface; a substantially circular bottom portion connected to the lower edge of the side portion; and a ceiling connected to the upper edge of the side portion. A substantially circular aperture is formed in the center of the ceiling. The heat receiver has a substantially cylindrical cavity and the opening portion is open. When the cavity has a diameter of D and a length of L, and the aperture has a diameter of d, d=D/2 or less and L=2D or more. Concentrated solar light entering the heat receiver is to be contained in the heat receiver to effectively utilize the solar light.

摘要: The present invention is directed to a process for polymerizing olefins in gas phase in a fluidized bed reactor having a vertical body, a generally conical downwards tapering bottom zone, a generally cylindrical middle zone above the bottom zone, and a generally conical upwards tapering top zone above the middle zone. The fluidization gas is withdrawn from the top zone of the reactor, compressed and cooled so that a part of the fluidization gas condenses and then introduced to the bottom zone of the reactor. The bed is thus cooled upon evaporation of the liquid. There is no fluidization grid in the reactor.
