The pumping unit base may include a plurality of driven piles installed in the ground, and a metal platform fixedly attached to the plurality of driven piles, wherein the metal platform is positioned above the ground. The metal platform may be removed from the driven piles and reinstalled to the driven piles.

摘要: A fully recoverable modular steel footing and beam system that allows installation of the rapidly deployable prefabricated folding building system on a wide variety of substrates, including bare earth, existing asphalt, and existing concrete. The substrate may show deviation from level and still be accommodated. The invention also includes three-part folding haunch and ridge braces allowing braces to ship attached to building panels resulting in minimal handling, reduced weights, and ability to install roof and walls separately. Roof weight is reduced and so can be handled with a forklift or telehandler, as the only heavy equipment needed to erect the building. Flashings are insulated, factory cut, and drilled for bolts, in alignable pattern to bolt-receiving rivets installed in the corrugated siding and roofing. Bolts and bolt installation locations are color coded.

The at least one pin hole may open onto at least a portion of at least one surface of the at least one core. The block may be provided with channels; the pin hole, channels and core may all be formed in a mold box by a single forming member.

摘要: A wall trench panel and system utilizes extruded aluminum panels having ribs and a socket edge and a ball edge which allows them to slide together and create a continuous trench wall that may be stabilized using traditional jack and wale techniques. To allow the trench to make a corner, a knuckle is provided which accepts both ball and socket edges of the panels to change the direction of the panels. In deep trench situations, panels of different sizes are provide to stager the installation of the panels which provides a continuous trench wall that is very strong and stable which eliminates the necessity of staging the trench in ever smaller portions.

摘要: A concentrically loaded foundation pier system which includes several concentrically stacked steel pipes filled with concrete. The entire pier is installed centrally beneath the footing of the structure. Shims are placed between the top-most pier element and a pier cap which prevents shifting when the soil expands and contracts. The final structure is end-loaded and pressed to the bedrock or other load-bearing strata. An alternative embodiment includes a temporary lifting assembly which can be fastened about the structural pier without need for bolts or other fasteners.

摘要: The present invention provides a foundation for a wind turbine. To reduce set-up time and to allow complete alignment of the platform which carries the base flange of the tower construction, the invention provides a foundation with a cage structure having an upper stress distribution flange connected by a plurality of tensioned anchor bolts to a lower flange. The flanges are separated by a number of distance elements whereby the shape of the cage structure becomes fixed by the combination between tensioned bolts and distance elements. Since the cage structure has a fixed shape, the upper stress distribution flange can be aligned before the cage structure is embedded in concrete, and it becomes unnecessary to wait for the concrete to harden.
