    摘要: A hub bearing and a seal device therefore are disclosed. In one example, the hub bearing seal device includes inner and outer rings, a ring-shaped seal, and a seal retaining ring. A metallic framework is provided inside the seal. The seal is fixed to the outer ring via the metallic framework and a seal lip edge is provided on the metallic framework of the seal. The seal lip edge is in contact with the seal retaining ring in interference fit. The seal is further provided with another layer of metallic framework having a different thermal expansion coefficient from that of the metallic framework. Together, the metallic frameworks form a bimetallic sheet type framework. During the operation of the seal device, the bimetallic sheet type framework can adjust the amount of interference between the seal lip edge and the seal retaining ring dynamically according to temperature change.

The outer ring has an inner surface in the form of a spherical portion centered about a tilting center of the bearing and forming a rolling surface for the rolling elements.     摘要: A cage for a rolling bearing assembly with optimized contact surfaces to reduce friction between the cage and the adjacent contact surfaces is disclosed. The rolling bearing assembly includes a radially inner bearing ring including a radially inner race defined on a radially inner rolling element facing surface, a radially outer bearing ring including a radially outer race defined on a radially outer rolling element facing surface, and a plurality of rolling elements supported to roll between the radially inner race and the radially outer race. The cage includes a first rim including a first rolling element guide surface facing a plurality of rolling elements. A first outer surface facing away from the first rolling element guide surface includes a first outward projection. In another embodiment two bearing assemblies are provided, and each of the bearing assemblies includes a cage with optimized contact surfaces.

    摘要: A wind turbine with a drive train placed partly or entirely in a nacelle of the wind turbine is provided. The drive train includes an epicyclical gearbox including at least one gear stage having a plurality of planet gears meshing with a sun gear and an annulus gear. The gearbox is used to transfer and speed-up the rotation of a rotor of the wind turbine, as applied to at least one generator of the wind turbine. The drive train further includes at least one locally radial self tracking bearing for enabling the rotation of the rotor in relation to a nacelle structure of the nacelle. The self tracking bearing includes bearing elements for locally transferring loads in both radial directions between one or more bearing rings.
