摘要: A sliding screen valve for controlling fluid flow comprises a multi-apertured valve plate (50, 90) configured for sliding movement relative to a multi-apertured valve seat between closed and open configurations and comprises an array of apertures (60, 100) separated from one another by elongate interstitial elements angled at between 15 to 45 degrees from the axis of motion. The valve plate may be operatively connected via an actuator frame (274) controlling its movement to an actuator for sliding movement relative to the valve seat, and may be connected to the actuator via a resilient support element (272) configured to allow a floating movement of the valve plate normal to the valve plate. Initiation or termination of the sliding movement may be damped by at least one damping mechanism. The screen valve may be configured for lateral reciprocating movement and be used in gas compression and/or expansion equipment such as piston compressors or expanders.

摘要: A switching assembly of a gas stove includes a regulating valve, a knob, a stop board, and a restricting device. The regulating valve has a valve member and a regulating member, which is rotatable to regulate a gas flow through the valve member. The knob is connected to an end of a shaft which is connected to the regulating member with an opposite end thereof, and therefore the regulating member can be rotated by turning the knob. The stop board is located between the valve member and the knob, wherein the stop board has a curved slot, which has a first stop portion and a second stop portion. The restricting member is movable in the curved slot and is restricted by the first or the second stop portions. When the restricting member touches the first stop portion, the switching assembly allows larger gas flow to flow through.

摘要: A balanced globe valve assembly includes a housing having an inlet and an outlet and a cage disposed within the housing between the inlet and the outlet. The cage includes a valve seat and at least one port formed therein. The balanced globe valve assembly further includes a valve member disposed within the cage and coupled to the housing. The valve member is movable within the cage between an open position in which the valve member is spaced from the valve seat and a closed position in which the valve member is seated within the valve seat so that the valve member blocks the at least one port. The valve member has a small opening formed therein to balance the valve member. A method of controlling a flow of fluid through a balanced globe valve assembly is further disclosed.

A fixed displacement axial piston pump may also comprise the valve plate assembly disclosed herein in which pressure transitions are facilitated in the same fashion, but without the variable of changing swashplate angles which control pump flow.

The invention is distinguished by the fact that the pipe-associated guide elements (14) are arranged before the outlet opening (12b) in the direction of flow.

摘要: A totally open-totally closed valve leakproof shut off device, suitable for backflow prevention, to terminate fluid flow, which comprises a virtual or real keyway between aligned opposite flanges with central openings; said keyway having a lateral opening greater than the lateral dimension of said flange openings. A pair of seated annular seals on opposite sides of the keyway; extend slightly into the keyway to touch each other such that when no key is inserted, fluid flows without leakage; and when a segregable key is inserted into the keyway, it slides between the two seals and closes off the opening of the keyway in a leakproof manner. The device is adaptable for large valves by utilizing retaining means such as hasps and fingers to removably retain the key in place, and by disposing the key internally in a housing from which removal can be achieved by use of an actuator.

摘要: A gate valve comprises a valve body (1) and a gate displaceably arranged inside said valve body transverse to the flow direction, said gate being provided on each side with a guide groove (14) guided by means of a mating guide rail formed on each side of the valve body (1). The gate (13) comprises a gate core (16) coated with a polymeric material, preferably an elastomer, which in the sealing surface areas (17, 18) of the gate (13) sealingly abuts the corresponding seat surfaces (19, 20) of the valve body (1) in the closed position of the gate. At least the guide grooves (14, 44) are coated with a harder and more wear-resisting polymeric material than the remaining portion of the gate, and the two coatings are moulded such that a molecular interbinding exists between said coatings in the transition areas therebetween.
