In some embodiments, a mobile device may be registered with a security system that is installed at a premises. Subsequently, an alarm trigger associated with the security system may be received. Based on receiving the alarm trigger, the location of the mobile device may be determined. A response to the alarm trigger then may be determined based on the location of the mobile device.

摘要: A method for a positioning server configured to locate positioning devices and to maintain information on users, who are associated with respective positioning devices. The server receives one or more alert messages from an alerting positioning device. Each alert message conveys identifying information of the alerting positioning device. The server uses the identifying information to retrieve a location estimate of the alerting positioning device. The server forms a first set of other positioning devices in a vicinity of the alerting positioning device and sends an assist request message to the positioning devices in the first set. The assist request message indicates the location estimate of the alerting positioning device and/or said descriptive information.

摘要: A system for notifying emergency services of a vehicular crash may (i) receive sensor data of a vehicular crash from at least one mobile device associated with a user; (ii) generate a scenario model of the vehicular crash based upon the received sensor data; (iii) store the scenario model; and/or (iv) transmit a message to one or more emergency services based upon the scenario model. As a result, the speed and accuracy of deploying emergency services to the vehicular crash location is increased. The system may also utilize vehicle occupant positional data, and internal and external sensor data to detect potential imminent vehicle collisions, take corrective actions, automatically engage autonomous or semi-autonomous vehicle features, and/or generate virtual reconstructions of the vehicle collision.

One system includes an electronic computing device that includes an input device, a transceiver, and one or more electronic processors. The one or more electronic processors are configured to monitor communication between a dispatcher and a caller during a call and determine a type of call. The one or more electronic processors are further configured to determine a conversational procedure based on the type of call and compare a characteristic of the monitored communication to a constraint of the conversational procedure. The one or more electronic processors are further configured to determine that the characteristic of the monitored communication is outside the constraint of the conversational procedure and take an action as a function of determining that the characteristic of the monitored communication is outside the constraint of the conversational procedure.
