摘要： A battery connecting member, a battery, and a battery manufacturing method are provided. The battery connecting member is configured to be electrically connected to a cell and a battery casing, and the battery connecting member includes a first connecting portion, a second connecting portion, and a buffering portion. The first connecting portion is configured to be electrically connected to the cell, and the second connecting portion is configured to be electrically connected to the battery casing. Two ends of the buffering portion are respectively connected to the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion. An included angle is provided between the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion, such that a surface of the second connecting portion for electrical connection to the battery casing is inclined to a surface of the first connecting portion for electrical connection to the cell.

An ICB assembly includes an electrically insulative ICB board frame that mounts to a battery case, an electrically conductive busbar assembly mounted to the board frame, and one or more end terminal assemblies mounted to the board frame adjacent opposing ends of the busbar assembly. The busbar assembly includes one or more busbar tracks that electrically interconnect a group of battery cells. Each end terminal assembly includes a bottom current collector plate that attaches to the ICB board frame and electrically connects to the battery cells and busbar track, a dielectric separator attached to the bottom current collector plate, and a top current collector plate attached to the dielectric separator and electrically connected to the bottom current collector plate.

摘要： An embodiment battery module for a vehicle includes first and second battery cells each having a planar shape, each battery cell being extended in one direction and including a positive electrode and a negative electrode separated from each other in a widthwise direction of the battery cells, and a main cartridge including an insertion space in which the battery cells are slidably inserted with the electrodes arranged alternately in a stacking direction and protruding outwards, wherein a stepped portion is provided in an inward end portion of the insertion space, inner surfaces of the stepped portion that are in contact with each end portion of the battery cells are spaced apart from each other in a sliding direction of the battery cells, and the end portions of the electrodes are in contact and overlap with each other when the electrodes are bent in the stacking direction to be connected to each other.
