摘要: An image processing apparatus is configured to: acquire a correction factor from a recording unit for recording, for each of a plurality of pixels, the correction factor for correcting a difference in pixel value corresponding to a difference between a spectral sensitivity and a preset reference spectral sensitivity in a predetermined wavelength range at a pixel of interest, based on image data generated by an image sensor, the image sensor having the plurality of pixels on which color filters of a plurality of colors with different spectral transmittances are respectively located, the color filters forming a predetermined array pattern; calculate a correction amount for correcting a pixel value of the pixel of interest based on the correction factor at the pixel of interest and pixel values of pixels surrounding the pixel of interest; and correct the pixel value of the pixel of interest by using the correction amount.

摘要: A method of determining luma values from 4:4:4 RGB video data for encoding chroma downsampled 4:2:0 YCbCr video data into a bitstream. Initial coefficents are determined for a region of a colour space the region being one of a plurality of regions located in the colour space and each region having a plurality of associated coefficients. The determined initial coefficients are applied to an initial image to produce a test image, the test image being a chroma downsampled 4:2:0 YCbCr version of the initial image. A measure of quality is determined by comparing the initial image and the test image. The determined initial coefficients are modified to increase the determined measure of quality. Luma values are determined from 4:4:4 RGB video data for encoding chroma downsampled 4:2:0 YCbCr video data into a bitstream using the modified coefficients.

摘要: One or more excitation energy sources emit light in an excitation spectrum and direct the emitted light as an excitation beam to the emitting surface of a wavelength conversion element directly or via reflection. Distinct areas of the emitting surface are coated with one or more distinct fluorescent phosphors. The phosphor-coated areas receive the excitation beam and generate a sequence of fluoresced light beams at a light output, each fluoresced beam of a narrow spectrum determined by the type of phosphor and the excitation spectrum. The fluoresced beams travel parallel to an emitting axis at a non-zero angle to axes associated with the excitation beams.

摘要: A method of determining a luma value from 4:4:4 RGB video data for encoding chroma downsampled 4:2:0 YCbCr video data into a bitstream. A location, in a colour space defined by linear luminance and non-linear 4:2:0 chroma values, is determined from the RGB video data. A region that contains the determined location is determined, the region being one region of a plurality of regions located in the colour space and having a plurality of associated coefficients. One or more of the coefficients associated with the determined region are selected, the selected coefficients being used to map the linear luminance and non-linear 4:2:0 chroma values to a luma value that compensates for a luminance shift introduced by chroma downsampling of the non-linear 4:2:0 chroma values. The method then determines the luma value for encoding into the bitstream according to a function of the selected coefficients and the determined location.
