摘要: To provide a lamp unit in which rattling of a light-emitting element is prevented, a lamp unit includes: a holder member attached to an attachment object, a base board provided with a light-emitting element coupled on a main surface thereof; a retaining member that engages the holder member to sandwich the base board between the retaining member and the holder member such that the base board is retained at a prescribed position on the holder member; and a cover member that is at least partially light-transmissive and is attached to the holder member such that the cover member cooperates with the holder member to define a housing chamber for housing the base board and the retaining member.

摘要: A lighting assembly is provided for a lighting device of a motor vehicle. The lighting assembly includes an objective module with at least one objective lens mounted in a lens holder. The objective module also includes at least two first pins. The lighting assembly further includes a light source module with at least one light source mounted on a heat sink element, and with at least two first cavities. The objective module and the light source module are joined by adhesive joints between the first pins and the first cavities. The lens holder further includes the first pins, and/or the heat sink element comprises the first cavities.

摘要: Disclosed is an LED lamp manufactured through an injection process. According to the LED lamp, a printed circuit board together with an LED luminous body electrically connected to the printed circuit board is accommodated in an injection body of the LED lamp, and each of a plurality of conducting wires insulated from one another in a first linear conductor is electrically connected to one corresponding terminal of the printed circuit board to realize power supply to and even control on the LED luminous body. In addition, through injection, the present disclosure may realize rapid, simple and convenient formation of a housing of the lamp for the linear conductor to penetrate.

摘要: A lamp for a laptop includes a lamp arm, a base, and a lamp body. The lamp arm has a connecting element and a first electrical contact located at the connecting element. The base has a first rotating shaft portion fixedly connected to the connecting element. The lamp body includes a casing, a circuit board, a second electrical contact, and a flexible circuit board. The casing has a second rotating shaft portion adapted to rotate relative to the first rotating shaft portion. The circuit board is disposed in the casing. The second electrical contact passing through the first rotating shaft portion is configured to contact the first electrical contact. The flexible circuit board is electrically connected between the circuit board and the second electrical contact. When the lamp body is rotated, the relative position of the second electrical contact and the first electrical contact is fixed.

摘要: A filament lamp includes a plastic housing, a transfer switch, and a laterally rotary structure. The transfer switch is disposed in the plastic housing, an outer wall of the plastic housing is provided with an opening, the laterally rotary structure is rotatably disposed on the outer wall of the plastic housing, an inner side, close to the plastic housing, of the laterally rotary structure extends to form a drive connecting structure, and the drive connecting structure passes through the opening to be connected with the transfer switch in a transmission way. With the design of the laterally rotary structure, when gears are adjusted by a user, the transfer switch is operated by the drive connecting structure only by rotating the laterally rotary structure on the outer wall of the plastic housing, so as to switch the gears.

The LED lamp includes a LED module, a housing accommodating the LED module, and a molded interconnect device (MID) electrode formed on a surface of the housing. The LED module may be mounted on the MID electrode by soldering using magnetic induction heating, the housing may be an injection molded product, and the MID electrode may be formed on the housing using a MID process.

摘要: An underwater light having a replaceable light-emitting diode (LED) module and cord assembly is provided. The underwater light includes a lens, a bezel, a screw, a cable attachment assembly, a mounting flange, a rear housing, a fastening assembly, an internal lens, a printed circuit board (PCB) including light-emitting diodes (LEDs) mounted thereon, a heat sink, and an electronics assembly. The assembly of the underwater light provides for the dissipation of heat away from the PCB thereby cooling the LEDs and electronic components mounted thereon. The electrically non-conductive nature of the exterior components of the underwater light permit the underwater light to be installed in any location in a pool or spa. Since the exterior of the underwater light is electrically non-conductive, no specific bonding or grounding of the underwater light is necessary.

摘要: An apparatus, system, and method for lighting effects, including simulating a flame. A three dimensional carrier includes an array of a plurality of light sources distributed on it. A control circuit coordinates on/off of the light sources in a manner to simulate a jumping flame. In one embodiment, the three dimensional carrier and LEDs are encapsulated in an at least partially light transmissive cover. This light modular engine includes a control circuit and an interface to electrical power. The system can include the light engine in a light fixture such as an architectural fixture. The methodology can include a sequence of on/off and brightness variations for the array of light sources.

摘要: A method for soldering electronic components includes providing a circuit substrate; providing a plurality of electronic components; placing the plurality of electronic components onto the circuit substrate; applying a conductor between the plurality of electronic components and the circuit substrate; providing an energy source which projects an energy beam with a first coverage; enlarging the energy beam and projecting the energy beam onto the circuit substrate with a second coverage; and melting the conductor within the second coverage via the energy beam and fixing the corresponding electronic components on the circuit substrate through the melted conductor. Besides, a method for manufacturing a LED display is disclosed.
