The media system presents the first sequence of media content to an end-user and generates a fingerprint of the sequence of media content. The fingerprint is for comparison with a plurality of reference fingerprints so as to identify the first sequence of media content and determine a reference position within the first sequence of media content. The media system sends a request for a replacement sequence of content to a content replacement system, and receives replacement media content selected based on the identified first sequence of media content. The media system presents the replacement media content to the end-user instead of the first sequence of media content. Presenting the replacement media content begins at a position in the first sequence of media content that is determined based on the reference position.

In one example, the instructions cause the first client device to: receive, on a first communication channel, first digital content corresponding to the video relating to the first sporting event; render, on the display of the client device, the video relating to the sporting event based on the first digital content received on the first communication channel; receive, on a second communication channel different from the first communication channel, second digital content corresponding to the online gaming information; and render, on the display of the client device, the online gaming information based on the second digital content received on the second communication channel.

摘要： Decoder retrieval timing information, ROI information and tile identification information are conveyed within a video data stream at a level which allows for an easy access by network entities such as MANEs or decoder. In order to reach such a level, information of such types are conveyed within a video data stream by way of packets interspersed into packets of access units of a video data stream. In accordance with an embodiment, the interspersed packets are of a removable packet type, i.e. the removal of these interspersed packets maintains the decoder's ability to completely recover the video content conveyed via the video data stream.

摘要： The disclosed examples encompass a media sending device, a media receiving device or a method of sending and reproducing media. For example, a media sending device may store media content and a meta-data file which includes media customization information to facilitate reproduction of the media content and an identifier that identifies a type of the information in the meta-data file. The media sending device then transmits an indication to the receiving device indicating that reproduction of the media content would be facilitated by use of the information in the meta-data file. The media sending device then transfers the media content and the meta-data file to the receiving device, in response to receiving a request for the media content from the receiving device. Then, the media receiving device reproduces the media content based at least in part on information extracted from the meta-data file, in a manner indicated by the identifier.

摘要： Methods, systems, and media for presenting media content items belonging to a media content group are provided. In some embodiments, the method comprises: retrieving metadata associated with video content segments, wherein the metadata includes user metadata, description metadata, and time metadata; generating subsets of video content segments from the video content segments based on the user metadata, wherein each of the subsets of video content segments is grouped into media content groups by: normalizing the description metadata; determining a similarity score between the normalized description metadata for a first video content segment and a second video content segment in the subset of video content segments; and determining whether to place the each of the first and second video content segments into a media content group based on the similarity score; arranging the video content segments within each of the media content groups based on time metadata; and causing at least one of the arranged media content groups to be presented in the video window in response to receiving a request for a video content item.
