摘要: A preparation method for a diet-reducing capsule containing multi-nutrient microspheres and a resulting product, relating to the field of food biotechnology, are provided. The diet-reducing capsule includes a porous capsule shell, multi-nutrient microspheres and a matrix gel containing the multi-nutrient microspheres. The porous capsule shell is prepared by using a laser punching technology. The multi-nutrient microsphere is a miniature container which is formed by taking probiotics as a core material and taking a freeze-drying protective agent, a natural polymer material embedded with vitamins, minerals and prebiotics and an enteric coating material as a wall material. The matrix gel for the microspheres is biomimetic cellulose superabsorbent gel.

摘要: A capsule for preparing a beverage from beverage powder, such as coffee from coffee powder, by introducing water into the capsule. The capsule includes a compacted pellet made of a powder containing at least one polysaccharide. The compacted pellet is sheathed with at least one coating layer that includes a cross-linked polysaccharide. The cross-linked polysaccharide can be obtained by cross-linking a polysaccharide with a cross-linking agent without the use of a polyol spacer. Also disclosed are methods for manufacturing such a capsule.

摘要: According to embodiments, dry powdered compositions which may be reconstituted to provide a cheese product include at least one cheese component and a color blend. In some embodiments, the color blend includes from about 49.7% to about 87.1% curcumin compounds by weight based on a total amount of a color portion of the color blend; from about 2.1% to about 42.8% annatto carotenoids by weight based on the total amount of the color portion of the color blend; and from about 7.5% to about 10.8% paprika carotenoids by weight based on the total amount of the color portion of the color blend. In embodiments, the powdered composition includes from about 38.5 ppm to about 733.9 ppm curcumin compounds by weight based on the powdered composition; from about 3.6 ppm to about 165.7 ppm annatto carotenoids by weight based on the powdered composition; and from about 5.8 ppm to about 90.7 ppm paprika carotenoids by weight based on the powdered composition.

摘要: The device relates to a method and an arrangement for visualization or to gauge conditions of the surface of coated materials on baking pans and formulations and applications of materials to enhance this visualization. Specifically, surfaces on baking pans used in the baking of common foodstuffs where coatings are applied to the pan with visual enhancement additives so as to improve the release of baked products such as but not limited to bread and rolls and like baked goods and visualization of the pans for damage, wear, imperfections, contaminants and other surface defects or abnormalities. The device includes a light and/or energy emitter which reflects light off of the pan surface, an image capture element receiving the reflected light and/or energy to form an image of the pan, a controller analyzing the image of the pan for the aforesaid abnormalities and reporting same.

摘要: A robotic system for preparing layered foodstuffs comprises a conveyor subsystem having an intelligent working member that travels through an equipped loading and unloading area, within the operating region of which are equipment for storing and supplying bases and, adjacent thereto, a food primary processing subsystem. The storage and supply equipment is configured in the form of an automated refrigeration unit having a rotating manipulator mechanism for the bases, which is combined with an integrated device for picking up and supplying the bases to an active surface of the working member for the subsequent culinary processing of said bases. The combined working of the different systems is controlled by an intelligent device connected to a central server, providing the high-speed, faultless and precise application of ingredients.
