摘要: A hybrid electric/combustion propulsion/electric generator apparatus comprising: a driven shaft mating mechanism; a hub mating mechanism; an electric machine operable as an electric motor or generator, comprising a rotor comprising a drum; a clutch mechanism, comprising first and second mating mechanisms, axially slidable and engaged with the drum/rotor; and a selection mechanism for sliding the clutch mechanism into a start position (wherein the electric motor can rotate the centrifugal clutch to rotate the driving shaft), a neutral position (wherein rotation of the drum/rotor operates the electric machine as the generator), or a drive position, wherein the apparatus is operable in either a pure electric drive mode (electric motor drives the driven shaft clockwise or counter clockwise while the centrifugal clutch is disengaged), or a hybrid drive mode (engine and electric motor drive the driven shaft) or a propulsion/generation mode (engine drives the driven shaft and generator produces electricity).

摘要: An electric drive unit clutch for an automobile includes a first rotatable shaft, a one-way clutch fixedly mounted onto the first rotatable shaft, a dog clutch slidingly mounted onto the first rotatable shaft and adapted to rotate with the first rotatable shaft, a clutch ring positioned between the one-way clutch and the dog clutch, and a second rotatable shaft rotatable engaged with the clutch ring, wherein the clutch ring is adapted to transfer rotational motion from the second rotatable shaft through the one-way clutch and the dog clutch to the first rotatable shaft.

The transmission has an input shaft, a mainshaft, an output shaft and a countershaft offset from the input shaft. The countershaft is drivably connected to the first input shaft and a mainshaft. The motor generator is selectively couple to the countershaft. The HVAC compressor is selectively driven by the motor generator. The controller operates the transmission system in various modes based on operating conditions.

摘要: A control apparatus for a vehicle provided, with a step-variable transmission, includes: a feedback control portion; an input torque resetting control portion; a target input torque setting portion operated upon an increase of the accelerator pedal operation amount in the process of the shift-down action in a power-off state of the vehicle, to restrict an amount of increase of the input torque target value with respect to an amount of increase of an operator-required input torque value, so as to keep the target value not larger than an upper limit value until termination of the input torque resetting control; and an actual input torque increasing portion operated upon the increase of the accelerator pedal operation amount prior to initiation of the inertia phase, to implement an input torque increasing control to control the input torque so as to be larger than the target value, prior to the inertia phase initiation.

The microprocessor is configured to perform selecting a drive mode from among drive modes including a first mode in which the engine drives a planetary gear mechanism, a second mode in which the engine is stopped, and a third mode in which the engine is driven through the planetary gear mechanism, and controlling a first motor-generator and a clutch mechanism so that the first motor-generator generates regenerative energy when the drive mode is switched from the first mode to the second mode, and then so that the clutch mechanism is engaged and the first motor-generator generates drive torque when the drive mode is switched to the third mode.

摘要: A hybrid transmission includes a permanent magnet rotor which is selectively held against rotation by a one-way-clutch. The one-way-clutch utilizes a pocket plate having a plurality of pawls which engages with an inner race in response to energizing a magnetic coil. The pocket plate is fixed to the rotor shaft and restrains the laminates axially, eliminating the need for one of the end plates.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a bidirectional controllable overrunning clutch for a powertrain of a motor vehicle, with the powertrain including a gear having ratchet teeth. The clutch includes a pawl movable to a disengaged position, a locked position, and a transition state where the pawl permits the gear to rotate in the forward direction and where rotation of the gear in the reverse direction moves the pawl to the locked position. The clutch further includes a spring for moving the pawl to the disengaged position. The clutch further includes an actuator configured to hold the pawl in the transition state when the gear rotates in the forward direction and the locked position when the gear changes rotation from the forward direction to the reverse direction.

In this case, a second transmission element of the epicyclic gear transmission is coupled by a gearshift transmission, which is shifted in a speed-dependent manner, to a secondary drive shaft, which is coupled to or can be coupled to the first drive assembly.
