    Abstract: This application provides a dry-type transformer and a winding method thereof. The dry-type transformer includes a magnetic core, a first coil, a second coil, and a shielding component. The first coil is disposed around the exterior of the magnetic core, and the second coil is disposed around the exterior of the first coil. In a direction from the iron core to the second coil, the shielding component includes a first conducting layer, a second conducting layer, a third conducting layer, and a fourth conducting layer that are sequentially disposed at intervals, the first coil is disposed between the magnetic core and the first conducting layer, and the second coil is disposed between the second conducting layer and the third conducting layer.

    Abstract: Silicon oxide-coated Fe-based soft magnetic powder having a high insulation capability can be obtained in such a manner that Fe-based soft magnetic powder is dispersed in a mixed solvent of water and an alcohol having a Hansen solubility parameter (SP value) of 11.3 or less, containing 5% by mass or more and 50% by mass or less of water, so as to provide a slurry. Then, a silicon alkoxide and a hydrolysis catalyst for the silicon alkoxide are added to the slurry to coat a silicon oxide thereon. The silicon oxide-coated Fe-based soft magnetic powder is capable of providing a powder compact having a high volume resistivity in molding into a powder compact. A method of producing the same is also disclosed.

    Abstract: A module includes a substrate including a first main surface, a first component mounted on the first main surface, a first sealing resin including a first upper surface, the first component being sealed with the first sealing resin, a first shield film that covers at least a part of the first upper surface of the first sealing resin, and a second shield film that covers a side surface of the first sealing resin and a side surface of the substrate. A step portion lower than the first upper surface of the first sealing resin is provided on an outer periphery of the first sealing resin. The first shield film and the second shield film are electrically connected to each other on a side surface below the step portion.

    Abstract: An ignition coil includes a primary coil, a secondary coil, a primary bobbin, a secondary bobbin, a center core, and a mold resin. The center core has a pair of collar portions protruding from a main body of the center core respectively to opposite sides in a protruding direction. The primary bobbin has a collar portion at least partially sandwiched between the collar portions of the center core and the secondary bobbin in a coil axial direction. The collar portion of the primary bobbin includes an overlapping portion that overlaps the collar portions of the center core in the coil axial direction and is bonded to the collar portions. The primary bobbin is formed of a thermoplastic resin and dispersed-phase particles dispersed in the thermoplastic resin. In the overlapping portion of the primary bobbin, there is formed a specific separating layer that separates adjacent layers in the coil axial direction.

    Abstract: A manufacturing method of a coil component for forming a coil-assembly body in which a coil is mounted on a magnetic-body core, comprising the steps of: inputting the coil-assembly body and an admixture containing a magnetic powder and a resin into a container; applying pressure onto the admixture which is inputted into the container; depressurizing an air pressure of an environment, in which the admixture is placed, to become a negative-pressure lower than the atmospheric pressure at least during the pressurizing process in the step of applying pressure; applying vibration onto the admixture and filling the admixture in the container at least during the depressurizing process in the step of depressurizing; and curing the resin contained in the admixture for the integrated object of the admixture and the coil-assembly body which passed through the step of depressurizing and the step of applying vibration.
