Abstract: Systems and methods are provided, for managing the attention of a user attending a display and for managing displayed information in control centers. Methods and systems may identify, from displayed data, a piece of information, locate a display position of the identified piece of information, and display the visual cue at a specified interval prior to displaying the piece of information, at a cue position on the display that has a specified spatial relation to the display position of the piece of information. Methods and systems may further quantify an attention pattern of a user, relate it to recorded reaction times of the user to the displayed data, and modify spatio-temporal parameters of the visual cues to decrease the user's reaction times according to specified requirements. Specific data may be enhanced according to user performance and various definitions.

Abstract: A method of delivering over the air, shelled portions of fluids or granular substances containing effective ingredients, to a target, is provided herein. Abstract: A device for determining relative orientation between two locations including an imager, an inertial-orientation-sensor firmly attached to the imager for determining information relating to the orientation thereof and which exhibits drift and a processor coupled with the imager and with the inertial-orientation-sensor. The processor determines a first orientation-measurement and first time-tag when the device is oriented with a first-orientation-indicator located at a first location. The processor determines a second-orientation-measurement and second time-tag when the device is oriented with a second-orientation-indicator located at a second location. The processor determines a third-orientation-measurement and third time-tag when the device is oriented again with the first-orientation-indicator. The processor determines the drift associated the inertial-orientation-sensor according to difference between the first-orientation-measurement and the third-orientation-measurement the respective time-tags associated therewith. The processor determines an angle-difference between the first-orientation-indicator and the second-orientation-indicator according to the first-orientation-measurement and the second-orientation-measurement, the first and second time-tags and the drift.

Abstract: System for registering a coordinate system associated with a pre-acquired model of an object with a reference coordinate system. The system includes a portable unit which includes a display, a tracking system for tracking the portable unit and a processor. The processor further determines the position of at least one marker located on the object according to at least one of, a tracked pointer and respective position related information. The position of the at least one marker, in the coordinate system associated with the pre-acquired model, is predetermined.

Abstract: System and method for presenting magnified images locked onto object of interest in operator environment. A camera disposed on head of operator captures images of scene, where camera moves in conjunction with head movements. A head tracker detects the operator LOS by detecting at least head orientation. A processor obtains designated coordinates of object of interest in scene, and determines relative angle between detected operator LOS and object. The processor determines coordinates of object in acquired images, and applies image processing for fine stabilization of images based on previous images so as to compensate for operator head movements. The processor rescales an image region surrounding object of interest, in accordance with at least one display parameter, to produce respective magnified image frames of object. A head-mounted display displays the magnified images to operator such that object of interest appears in a defined position on display regardless of operator head movements.

Abstract: A HMD system including a visor mounted on a head of a user. The visor includes adjustable light transmission layer activated by activation radiation of at least a visible activation waveband and an Ultra Violet (UV) activation waveband. The visor defines a Line Of sight (LOS) projecting from a point on the visor and further defines a Field Of View (FOV) projecting from at least a section of the visor that surrounds the point on the visor. The visor is configured to admit an outside scene image. The HMD system further includes a luminosity sensor configured to detect luminosity within the FOV and a UV activation radiation source configured to selectively irradiate at least a portion of the visor with activation UV light included in the UV activation waveband according to luminosity detected by the luminosity sensor, thereby activating the adjustable light transmission layer.

Abstract: An optical tracker is provided herein. The tracker may include at least two optical tracker sensors, facing at least partially each other.
