    摘要: A method for recovering a metal, capable of recovering a metal easily without requiring the use of an organic medium, is provided. A first complex between a first chelating agent and a metal present in a sample is formed in a first mixture prepared by mixing the first chelating agent and the sample. Then, the first complex is recovered from the first mixture, and a second complex between the metal derived from the first complex and a second chelating agent is formed in a second mixture prepared by mixing the first complex and an aqueous solution of the second chelating agent. The aqueous solution is under the pH conditions where the first chelating agent can be insoluble in the aqueous solution. Then, a liquid fraction containing the second complex is recovered from the second mixture. Thus, the metal can be recovered.

This method allows for simultaneous extraction, isolation, solublization, and storage of all biomolecules contained within the histopathologically processed biological sample, thereby forming a representative library of said sample. This multi-use biomolecule lysate is dilutable, soluble, capable of being fractionated, and used in any number of subsequent experiments.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method for determining pectin content in a plant sample, comprising the following steps: 1) adding an acidic alcohol solution to the plant sample, then heating the resulting mixture to reflux in a water bath, followed by a first filtration; 2) soaking the filtered residue obtained from the first filtration with an acidic solution, then heating the resulting mixture to reflux in a water bath, followed by a second filtration, then bringing to volume after cooling, obtaining filtrate for later use; 3) adding an acetic acid/sodium acetate buffer solution to treat the filtered residue obtained from the second filtration, then adding a pectinase solution and heating the resulting mixture under vibration in a water bath, followed by a third filtration to obtain a filtrate for later use; 4) sequentially adding an acetic acid/sodium acetate buffer solution and a pectinase solution to the filtrate obtained in step 2) and heating the resulting mixture under vibration in a water bath to obtain an enzymatic hydrolysate, then adding the filtrate obtained in step 3) to the enzymatic hydrolysate followed by bringing to volume, obtaining a test solution; and 5) drawing the test solution into a continuous flow analyzer to perform analysis. The method disclosed has the advantage of providing accurate analysis results.

    摘要: A method for extracting low-molecular-weight proteins/peptides contained in a body fluid sample, particularly, in serum or plasma. The method includes the steps of (a) to (e): (a) adding reagent 1 containing urea and thiourea and reagent 2 containing a reducing agent to the body fluid sample, mixing them, subsequently dropping the mixture into reagent 3 containing 90% or more of an organic solvent, and mixing them; (b) stirring at a low temperature the mixed solution obtained in step (a); (c) centrifuging at a low temperature the stirred solution obtained in step (b) and removing the supernatant; (d) adding reagent 4 containing an organic solvent and an acid to the precipitate obtained in step (c) and mixing them; (e) stirring at a low temperature the mixed solution obtained in step (d); and (f) centrifuging at a low temperature the stirred solution obtained in step (e) and recovering the supernatant.
