Abstract: A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may receive configuration information indicating a set of physical channel frequency resources. The WTRU may receive downlink control information (DCI), and the DCI may include an indication of an allocation of at least a subset of the set of physical channel frequency resources. Further, the WTRU may determine a time period and one or more physical channel frequency resources from the subset of the set of physical channel frequency resources. The WTRU may transmit control information in a physical shared channel transmission using the determined one or more physical shared channel frequency resources during the determined time period. Also, the control information may include a WTRU-identifier (ID) associated with the WTRU. In an example, the control information may include a new data indicator (NDI) or a retransmission of previously transmitted control information. In a further example, the physical shared channel transmission may further include data.

Abstract: Methods and apparatuses are described herein for prioritizing sidelink communication transmissions. In accordance with one example embodiment, an apparatus may transmit, to a network node, assistance parameters associated with sidelink communication comprising quality of service (QoS) parameters. The apparatus may receive, from the network node, configuration parameters associated with sidelink communication that comprise a logical channel configuration, a mapping of a QoS parameter to a sidelink radio bearer, and a mapping of the sidelink radio bearer to a sidelink logical channel. The apparatus may receive a sidelink resource grant and may select, based on the logical channel configuration, one or more sidelink logical channels to be served by the sidelink resource grant. The apparatus may transmit a generated a medium access control (MAC) protocol data unit (PDU), comprising data associated with the selected one or more sidelink logical channels, using the received sidelink resource grant.

Abstract: A method performed by a WTRU may comprise receiving first periodic uplink transmission information and second periodic uplink transmission information which are different. The method may further comprise receiving configuration information indicating that data of a first logical channel is allowable for transmission in accordance with the first periodic uplink transmission information and that data of a second logical channel is allowable for transmission in accordance with the second periodic uplink transmission information. Data of the first logical channel may be transmitted in accordance with the first periodic uplink transmission information and data of the second logical channel may be transmitted in accordance with the second periodic uplink transmission information.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus for interference discovery for simultaneous transmission and reception are provided. In an embodiment, a station (STA) receives a STR request message from an access point (AP). The STA transmits a first STR response message to the AP based on the received STR request message. The STA receives a second STR response message transmitted from a second STA to the AP. The STA determines a received power of the received second STR response message. The STA receives a first trigger message from the AP. The first trigger message indicates a STA role field. The STA transmits interference information to the AP. The interference information is based on the determined received power. The STA role field comprises an indication of at least one or more of a primary STA and a secondary STA. The STA aggregates the interference report with a data transmission to the AP in response to the first trigger message.

Abstract: Methods, apparatus and systems are disclosed. Abstract: A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may receive first measurement indication information indicating an activation of measurement reporting. The WTRU may determine a first set of resource elements (REs) based on the first measurement indication information. Further, the first set of REs may be associated with measurement-related time and frequency resources. Also, the WTRU may receive one or more measurement-related signals in the indicated first set of REs. Additionally, the WTRU may perform a measurement of each measurement-related signal. Abstract: Systems and methods are contemplated for reconfiguration of one or more MAC instances while the WTRU is operating using dual- or multi-MAC instance connectivity. For example, upon reception of RRC reconfiguration information that modifies one or more secondary MAC instances, the WTRU may transmit a reconfiguration complete message to a Macro eNB (MeNB) and may synchronize to small-cell or secondary eNB (SeNB), for example if triggered by one or more of an RRC flag, a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) order (MeNB/SeNB), MAC activation information, etc. For example, the WTRU may synchronize to the SeNB for specific type(s) of RRC reconfigurations, but not other type(s) of RRC reconfigurations. Although examples may be described in terms of dual connectivity, the WTRU may establish connectivity and perform mobility procedures with more than two radio access network (RAN) nodes (e.g., eNBs), and the embodiments described may be equally applicable to those scenarios.

Abstract: Methods and devices may be provided for aggregating component carriers in the licensed spectrum with at least one component carriers in the licensed exempt spectrum. Control information may be processed in a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) while receiving and sending information on a primary component carrier (PCC) and a supplementary component carrier (SuppCC). A PCC subframe with a control portion and a data portion may be received. Resource assignment information associated with a downlink shared channel on the PCC may be embedded in the control portion of the subframe. Based on the resource assignment information on the PCC, resource assignment information associated with a downlink shared channel on the SuppCC may be identified in the data portion of the PCC subframe. A SuppCC subframe of the shared channel on the SuppCC may be processed as per the identified resource assignment information associated with the downlink shared channel on the SuppCC.
