Abstract: A production method of a backlight plate, a backlight plate and a backlight module are provided. Abstract: A driving circuit and a display device are provided. The driving circuit includes a level conversion chip, a scan line, a data line, a power line, a first transistor, a second transistor, and a light emitting unit. A protection unit is disposed between the level conversion chip and an intersection of the scan line and the power line, and the protection unit is configured to reduce current between the level conversion chip and the power line when the scan line and the power line are short-circuited. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, when the scan line and the power line are short-circuited, the protection unit reduces the current between the power line and the level conversion chip to prevent excessive current between the level conversion chip and the power line, and prevent the level conversion chip from heating and burning.

Abstract: In a display device, transistors are disposed on a display panel. When the display panel has a short-circuit, the timing controller sends a signal to the level shifter to disconnect the transistors, causing the display panel to no longer receive scanning signals transmitted from GOA circuits, causing the display panel enter an overcurrent protection state, and thus preventing GOA wirings in the display panel from burning out in an event of the short-circuit.

Abstract: A display device and a controlling method thereof are provided. The display device includes a display panel, a backlight unit, and a time schedule controller. The display panel is configured to display images. Areas where afterimages of dynamic images occur are identified according to comparison results of dither values. Tailing phenomenon of the dynamic images may be relieved by transmitting backlight data without brightness to a second backlight sub-area corresponding to where the afterimages occur. Furthermore, because frequency multiplication is not applied, risks of display instability will not increase.
