Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may select a synchronization signal block (SSB) from a plurality of SSBs received from a base station based at least in part on a power measurement associated with the SSB. The UE may determine a physical random access channel (PRACH) coverage enhancement (CE) level that is associated with the SSB. The UE may perform, with the base station, a PRACH transmission on PRACH resources associated with the SSB and the PRACH CE level. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: A method for wireless communication performed by a user equipment (UE) includes transmitting, to a base station, an indication comprising a per slot capability for a first number of physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) blind decodes and a first number of control channel elements (CCEs). The method also includes receiving, from the base station, a search space configuration based on the indication. The search space configuration configures a second number of blind decodes per slot, a second number of CCEs per slot, and a PDCCH monitoring periodicity. The method also includes decoding a PDCCH based on the search space configuration.

Abstract: This disclosure provides methods, devices and systems for harvesting radio frequency (RF) energy based on an energy harvesting EH indication signal. A transmitting device such as a base station may transmit, to a user equipment (UE), an EH indication signal that indicates a time period when radio frequency (RF) energy is to be available. The UE may receive the EH indication signal and harvest RF energy from the RF signal during the time period. The transmitting device may transmit an RF signal to the UE or another UE during the time period. The UE may receive a wake up indication indicating a second time period to monitor a control channel. The UE may split power between energy harvesting and receiving RF signals during the second time period.

Abstract: Example implementations include a method, apparatus and computer-readable medium of wireless communication. A user equipment (UE) may identify a discrete Fourier transform (DFT) matrix including a number of rows and columns based on scheduled physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resources including a number of symbols in a time domain and a number of sub-carriers in a frequency domain. The UE may select a codepoint from a sequence pool derived from the DFT matrix based on a payload value of uplink control information (UCI) to be transmitted on the PUCCH resources. The UE may transmit the selected codepoint on the scheduled PUCCH resources.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, signaling indicating a channel state information (CSI) report configuration. The CSI report configuration may indicate a mapping between one or more CSI reference signal (CSI-RS) resources or one or more CSI-RS port groups and one or more antenna panels or antenna subpanels of the base station. The UE may generate CSI feedback based on the mapping. In some cases, the UE may generate the CSI feedback based on multiple hypotheses that correspond to CSI-RS measurements. In some examples, the multiple hypotheses may include a set of hypothesis groups based on one or more antenna panels or antenna subpanels of the base station. The UE may transmit a message reporting the CSI feedback to the base station.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, a user equipment (UE) may receive a downlink control message from a base station scheduling multiple downlink messages and indicating a first offset for communicating a first feedback message of multiple feedback messages including feedback information for the multiple downlink messages. The UE may additionally receive, from the base station, a second offset for communicating the remaining feedback messages of the multiple feedback messages after communicating the first feedback message. The UE may transmit the first feedback message a quantity of resources equal to the first offset after receiving a first downlink message. The UE may then transmit the remaining feedback messages a quantity of resources equal to the second offset after transmitting the first feedback message. Each of the feedback messages may include feedback information for one downlink message.
