The present invention provides a method for transmitting data, a method for receiving data and a device. The transmitting method includes: transmitting, by an STA, characterizing information to an AP, the characterizing information is used to characterize a maximum transmission delay allowed by uplink data to be transmitted by the STA; receiving, by the STA, transmission time that is specified for the STA and returned by the AP within the maximum transmission delay allowed by the uplink data to be transmitted by the STA, wherein the transmission time is within a range of the maximum transmission delay allowed by the uplink data to be transmitted by the STA; and transmitting, by the STA, the uplink data to the AP within the transmission time. Technical solutions of the present invention solve a problem of data transmission in an emergency application scenario, and guarantee requirements placed by emergency data upon transmission delay.

A data sending method of a terminal, including sending a data frame to a relay, where the data frame includes a relay information bit, the relay information bit identifies whether the relay needs to forward the data frame, and if the relay information bit indicates that the relay needs to forward the data frame, the data frame is forwarded to an access point by the relay; and receiving a response message of the access point, where the response message is used indicates that the data frame is correctly received by the access point.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a data transmission indication method, an access point and a terminal. The method includes: sending, by an access point, orthogonal frequency division multiple access (OFDMA) physical layer signaling to a terminal. The OFDMA physical layer signaling indicates, to the terminal, a subchannel allocated for the terminal, so that the terminal determines the subchannel according to the OFDMA physical layer signaling. The OFDMA physical layer signaling includes an identifier of the terminal and subchannel information corresponding to the identifier of the terminal. In the method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, a manner in which the access point allocates a subchannel for each terminal according to OFDMA physical layer signaling enables the access point to indicate subchannels for more terminals.

Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a multicast information transmission method and a device. The method includes: sending, by an access point (AP), a multicast association identifier (MID) of a multicast group to a station (STA), where the multicast group has one or more MIDs, and each MID corresponds to one multicast group and a receiving period of a STA in the multicast group; sending, by the AP, a delivery traffic indication map (DTIM) beacon frame to the STA, where the DTIM beacon frame includes the MID and is used for indicating a multicast group that has multicast information to be sent to the STA; and sending, by the AP, the multicast information of the multicast group, where the multicast information carries the MID or information associated with the MID, and the multicast information is received by the STA. The technical solutions of the present invention reduce resource waste of a STA.

The present invention discloses a method, device, and system for transmitting channel information, pertaining to the field of radio communication. The method for obtaining channel information includes: transmitting, by a beamformer, a request for obtaining channel information to a beamformee within the duration of a current first TXOP; receiving a null feedback frame transmitted by the beamformee within the duration of the current first TXOP; within the validity period of the channel information, if the beamformer obtains a second TXOP, transmitting, within the second TXOP, a channel information indication frame to request the channel information, and receiving the channel information transmitted by the beamformee. The system includes a beamformer and a beamformee. The present invention saves the signaling resources of the beamformer and reduces the power consumption of the beamformee.

A method includes determining at least one first station; and sending first indication information to the first station, where the first indication information is used for indicating at least one first backoff duration, so that the first station performs a data transmission operation by using the first backoff duration, and the first backoff duration used by the first station to perform a data transmission operation is less than a second backoff duration used by a second station to perform a data transmission operation, or the first backoff duration used by the first station to perform a data transmission operation is greater than the second backoff duration used by the second station to perform a data transmission operation. Shortening backoff durations of some stations can ensure that these stations send data first, and extending backoff durations of some stations can ensure that the other stations send data first.

A method includes: sending an indication frame to an access point AP, where the indication frame includes first indication information and second indication information, the first indication information is used to indicate that a type of the indication frame is a PS-POLL frame, and the second indication information is used to indicate duration of the indication frame; and sending a data frame to the AP within the duration indicated by the second indication information. An STA sends PS-POLL to an AP by using an indication frame and reserves channel duration, so that the STA does not need to contend for a channel again when the STA sends an uplink data frame to the AP after receiving a downlink data frame sent by the AP, which allows the STA to receive downlink data and send uplink data within one TXOPA.
