Abstract: Embodiments of this disclosure disclose a multi-link communication method and a related apparatus. In a scenario in which simultaneous transmission and reception over a plurality of links is not supported, a multi-link device first sends a first physical layer protocol data unit (PPDU) over a first link, and then sends a second PPDU over a second link through channel contention, where an end time of the second PPDU is not later than an end time of the first PPDU. The method not only ensures fairness of multi-link access, but also can reduce an idle rate of the plurality of links.

Abstract: This application discloses a retransmitted data sending method, a retransmitted data receiving method, and a related apparatus, and relates to the field of communications technologies. In this solution, a transmit end generates a retransmitted codeword based on information bits of each codeword corresponding to an incorrect MPDU, where the retransmitted codeword includes a codeword having some of information bits included in the incorrect MPDU. For the codeword having some of information bits included in the incorrect MPDU, the transmit end punctures a correctly received information bit in the codeword, and then sends the information bit. In this way, a receive end may directly perform combined decoding or joint decoding on an LLR of a codeword of a retransmitted MPDU and an LLR of a codeword of an MPDU that is incorrectly received last time. This improves transmission efficiency and transmission reliability.

Abstract: This application is applicable to a multi-link group addressed traffic transmission method and an apparatus. A first access point (AP) of an AP multi-link device (MLD) sends group addressed traffic indication information indicating whether each AP of other APs of the AP MLD has a group addressed traffic, so that a station (STA) can learn whether the multiple APs have a group addressed traffic. In this way, each STA of the STA MLD does not need to listen to each AP whether each AP has a group addressed traffic. This reduces power consumption of the STA MLD. Abstract: Various embodiments provide a data transmission method and apparatus. In those embodiments, a first device sends first indication information in a first frequency band, where the first indication information is indicative of a resource in a second frequency band, used by the first device and the second device to perform data transmission. In those embodiments, the first device performs, based on the scheduling information, data transmission with the second device, using the resource in the second frequency band. Those embodiments can schedule a device based on a plurality of frequency bands to perform data transmission. In this way, a larger bandwidth is used, a throughput rate is increased, and system performance is improved.
