Abstract: Examples for operationalization of memories using memory information sets are described. In an example, a memory information set corresponding to a first memory in a computing device may be selected from amongst a plurality of memory information sets. The selected memory information set may be loaded into a second memory of the computing device, for operationalizing the first memory. Abstract: Disclosed herein is a spittoon assembly for a printing device, a printing device comprising a spittoon assembly, and a method of cleaning a print head using a spittoon assembly. The spittoon assembly comprises a waste receptacle and a spit plate with a receiving surface. Abstract: In one example, a decaking system for 3D printing includes a platform to support multiple green parts in unbound powder surrounding the green parts, a decaking tool to remove unbound powder from around the green parts, a camera to photograph green parts on the platform as unbound powder is removed from around the green parts, and a controller operatively connected to the camera. The controller is programmed to detect a pattern of light intensity in the photographs and, in response to a determination a detected pattern matches a reference pattern, modulate or stop the decaking tool.

Abstract: According to examples, a processor may access a digital model of a portion of an object and identify a lattice structure to be formed in an interior of the digital model, in which the identified lattice structure is to provide the portion with a predefined property and is defined by an equation that includes constants. The processor may also determine values of the constants that result in surfaces of the lattice structure forming tubes, determine locations at which the identified equation with the determined values of the constants intersects with the defined boundaries, and modify the digital model to include the lattice structure with the surfaces forming tubes and cap ends added at determined locations to close open edges of the tubes at the determined locations, in which the portion is to be fabricated by a 3D fabrication system according to the modified digital model to have the predefined property.

Abstract: A microfluidic valve can include a substrate having a microfluidic channel formed in the substrate. A sealing layer can be over the microfluidic channel. A flexible blister layer can be over the sealing layer. The flexible blister layer can include a blister formed as a distended portion with a blister volume between the flexible blister layer and the sealing layer. The microfluidic valve can be actuatable by puncturing the sealing layer by pressing on the blister. Actuating the microfluidic valve can either allow fluid to flow through the microfluidic channel or block fluid from flowing through the microfluidic channel.

Abstract: According to examples, an apparatus may include a processor and a memory on which are stored machine-readable instructions that when executed by the processor, may cause the processor to receive an image and identify contents in the received image. The processor may identify candidate regions on the image at which a predefined object is placeable. In some examples, the processor may assign scores to the identified candidate regions based on relative positions of the identified candidate regions to respective ones of the identified contents in the image. Based on the assigned scores, the processor may select a candidate region among the identified candidate regions at which the predefined object is to be placed. The processor may determine a size and a position of the predefined object based on the selected candidate region, and may output the determined size and the position of the predefined object on the image.
