    Abstract: An amplification device includes an amplification circuit and a protection circuit. The amplification circuit includes a transistor having a first terminal for outputting an amplified radio frequency signal, a second terminal, and a control terminal coupled to the input terminal of the amplification circuit for receiving a radio frequency signal to be amplified. The protection circuit has a first terminal coupled to the output terminal or the input terminal of the amplification circuit, and a second terminal. The protection circuit includes a switch and a first voltage clamping unit. The switch unit is turned on or turned off according to a control signal. The first voltage clamping unit is coupled to the switch unit for clamping a voltage at the first terminal of the protection circuit within a predetermined region when the switch unit is turned on.

    Abstract: An amplification circuit includes an input terminal for receiving a radio frequency input signal, an output terminal for outputting an amplified radio frequency signal, a bias circuit for providing a bias voltage, an impedance circuit, a transistor, and a filter circuit. The impedance circuit is coupled to the bias circuit and the input terminal, and provides a voltage drop between the first terminal and the second terminal of the impedance circuit. The first transistor has a first terminal coupled to the output terminal, a second terminal coupled to a first reference voltage terminal, and a control terminal coupled to the impedance circuit and for receiving the radio frequency input signal. The filter circuit is coupled to the first transistor and the impedance circuit, filters out a harmonic signal, and provides a feedback signal including a primary frequency signal of the amplified radio frequency signal to the impedance circuit.

    Abstract: A radio frequency amplifier circuit is provided. A matching circuit is configured on a radio frequency path of an input end or an output end of an amplifier. An inductance-capacitance resonance circuit and the matching circuit share an inductor included in the matching circuit to generate a corresponding resonance frequency. The matching circuit provides an input impedance or an output impedance matching two fundamental tones in a radio frequency signal at a first frequency and a second frequency. The inductance-capacitance resonance circuit provides a filtering path for filtering a signal component outside a frequency band formed by the first frequency and the second frequency in the radio frequency signal.

    Abstract: An amplifier device includes an amplifying unit, a bias module, an impedance unit and an adjusting module. The amplifying unit has a first end coupled to a voltage source and used for outputting an output signal amplified by the amplifying unit, a second end used for receiving an input signal, and a third end coupled to a first reference potential terminal. The bias module is coupled to the second end of the amplifying unit, and provides a bias voltage to the amplifying unit and adjusts linearity of the amplifier device according to a source voltage from the voltage source. The impedance unit is coupled to the bias module and used to receive a control voltage to adjust an impedance value of the impedance unit. The adjusting module is used to output the control voltage to the impedance unit according to the source voltage and a reference voltage.

    Abstract: A signal processing system includes a transmission module and a receiving module. The transmission module generates and transmits a transmitted radio frequency signal according to a data signal and a first spread vector. The transmission module includes a spread spectrum unit, a digital-to-analog converter and a mixer. The spread spectrum unit generates a spread spectrum signal according to the data signal and the first spread vector. The digital-to-analog unit generates an analog signal according to the spread spectrum signal. The mixer mixes the analog signal and a carrier signal so as to generate the transmitted radio frequency signal. The receiving module receives a received radio frequency signal and a second spread vector so as to generate a spectrum despread signal and generate object detection information data accordingly.     Abstract: A bandgap voltage reference circuit configured to generate a bandgap reference voltage is provided. The bandgap voltage reference circuit includes a bandgap current generating circuit, a differential pair circuit and a flipped voltage follower. The bandgap current generating circuit converts the bandgap reference voltage into a bandgap current and generates a first voltage and a second voltage according to the bandgap current. The differential pair circuit is coupled to the bandgap current generating circuit to receive the first voltage and the second voltage and configured to reduce a voltage difference between the first voltage and the second voltage and generate a third voltage. The flipped voltage follower is coupled to the differential pair circuit to receive the third voltage and generates the bandgap reference voltage accordingly.
