An organic light emitting display device having high transmittance with respect to external light and a method of manufacturing the same. The organic light emitting display device includes a substrate; a plurality of pixels formed on the substrate, each of the pixels including a first region that emits light and a second region that transmits external light; a plurality of thin film transistors disposed in the first region of each pixel; a plurality of first electrodes disposed in the first region of each pixel and electrically connected to the thin film transistors, respectively; a second electrode formed opposite to the plurality of first electrodes and comprising a plurality of transmission windows corresponding to the second regions; and an organic layer formed between the first electrodes and the second electrode. The transmission windows can be formed in the second electrode, that is, a cathode.

The present invention relates to an organic light emitting element and an organic light emitting device including the same. An impurity layer close to an electrode is doped with a small amount, and an impurity layer for a p-n junction is doped with a large amount, such that a high current may flow under a low voltage.

A method and apparatus for a modified noise-coupled modulator using zero optimization technique is disclosed. By realizing the resonator coefficient as a part of branches other than those of the main transfer function, the problem of improving SQNR without degrading other specifications is solved. Second order noise coupling is used to implement zeros without using feedback branches going into the first integrator. Embodiments use a first-order modulator, second-order noise coupling and a resonator. It allows lower power consumption and smaller size by removing small capacitor values and gain factors and reducing the number of amplifiers.

Disclosed is a method of traceback and isolation of a high-risk flight data packet and an apparatus for the same. The method of traceback and isolation of a high-risk flight data packet includes monitoring, by a flight data packet monitoring unit, whether a high-risk flight data packet is generated in flight data packets transmitted to a flight data processing apparatus; tracebacking a transfer path for the high-risk flight data packet on a network by a path tracebacking unit when the high-risk flight data packet is generated; and isolating, by an isolation processing unit, a flight data terminal transmitting the high-risk flight data packet to the transfer path from an aeronautical telecommunication network. The present invention can increase the security, reliability, and availability of the air traffic control system and can be performed without stopping the allocation of services to authenticated users of the air traffic control system.

Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for managing a flight plan state for an air traffic control that manage the flight plan state by using time information and accurately manage departure and arrival states of an aircraft by utilizing a state processor only for departure/arrival. The apparatus for managing a flight plan state for an air traffic control includes: a flight plan managing device generating a flight plan list on the basis of an inputted flight plan and setting a flight plan state of the flight plan included in the flight plan list; and a departure/arrival managing device generating a departure-scheduled aircraft list and an arrival-scheduled aircraft list on the basis of the flight plan state of the aircraft set by the flight plan managing device and managing departure and arrival of the aircraft on the basis of the departure-scheduled aircraft list and the arrival-scheduled aircraft list.

The read column address control circuit is configured to generate a read column address from an address during a first burst period for a read operation mode. A platform security apparatus and a method thereof are capable of protecting a mobile communication terminal from an abnormal or unintended operation of an application program installed over a platform of the mobile communication terminal. An authentication key is created with respect to each function of an application program, and the authentication key and an identifier of the application program are associated with each other and stored. An authentication process is performed by comparing an authentication key and an identifier of an application program registered as function parameters with an authentication key and an identifier of the application program which have been stored, when the application program calls the function.

A method of manufacturing a transformer that includes forming a disc-wound coil using a plurality of pre-formed cooling ducts. Each cooling duct may be supported by a support pipe secured between walls of the cooling duct, or by a removable insert. First and second conductor layers are formed, each of which include plurality of disc windings arranged in an axial direction of the disc-wound coil. A spacer layer is formed between the first and second conductor layers to form a plurality of axially-extending passages. The cooling ducts are slid into the axially-extending passages so as to be disposed between the first and second conductor layers.

An OLED display for improving white light emitting efficiency and simplifying a manufacturing process includes a plurality of pixels, each of the pixels having a transistor unit, a color filter unit and an organic light emitting device unit. The transistor unit converts signals from the outside into driving signals for driving an organic light emitting device unit. The organic light emitting device unit is composed of blue, red and green emission layers each having different areas. By passing white light through a color filer, the OLED display can realize full color.
