The sample diluting and dispensing device according to the present invention includes: a sample holding plate in which a holding part for holding a plurality of sample vessels is formed; a moving unit for transferring the sample holding plate in a plane direction and a height direction; a sample supply unit for supplying a sample to the sample vessel; a diluent supply unit for supplying a diluent to the sample vessel; a scale installed below the sample holding plate to measure a weight of the sample vessel; and a controller for receiving a weight measurement result from the scale and controlling an operation of each of the sample holding plate, the sample supply unit, and the diluent supply unit.

The present disclosure relates to a system for recovering multiple kinds of ions, which includes: an ion adsorption tank that includes a plurality of adsorption channels arranged in parallel and including a first electrode unit electrically adsorbing only negative ions and a second electrode unit having an adsorbent layer for adsorbing positive ions to be recovered from positive ions, in which electricity is independently supplied to the adsorption channels; a water tank that keeps liquid discharged from the ion adsorption tank; a pump that circulates mother liquor or liquid stored in the water tank; and an ion recovering tank that keeps liquid containing positive ions to be recovered. According to the present disclosure, a series of processes make it possible to continuously recover ions to be recovered, so the operation efficiency of the system can be maximized.

The present invention provides a method of remediating contaminated soil with heavy metal using a microorganism of Sporosarcina sp. Contaminated soil is inoculated with the Sporosarcina sp. KM-01 (Sporosarcina pasteurii KM-01) strain includes a base sequence of SEQ ID NO. 1, the Sporosarcina sp. KM-07 (Sporosarcina pasteurii KM-07) strain includes a base sequence of SEQ ID NO. 2, and the Sporosarcina sp. KM-12 (Sporosarcina pasteurii KM-12) strain includes a base sequence of SEQ ID NO. 3. The strains are capable of producing urease.

Provided are ocean magnetic survey measurement method and system. The ocean magnetic survey measurement method includes a measuring operation for measuring an earth's magnetic field value using a magnetometer according to a heading angle of a probe, which is measured in clockwise direction on a basis of the true north, while the probe moves along a circular path based on a center point in an exploration target area with the magnetometer taken in tow, a data input operation for receiving, by a calculation unit, data for the heading angle of the probe and data for the earth's magnetic field value measured at the heading angle, a calculating operation for setting, by the calculation unit containing a calculation program therein, a magnetic disturbance value induced by the probe, which is included in the measured earth's magnetic field value, and calculating an actual earth's magnetic field value by subtracting the magnetic disturbance value from the measured earth's magnetic field value.

The present invention relates to an apparatus and a system for treating acid mine drainage. The apparatus includes first and second reaction baths for receiving acid mine drainage, wherein the first and second reaction baths are provided with inlets and outlets and are separated from each other to prevent communication between acid mine drainages, an electrically connected anode and a cathode installed in each of the first and second reaction baths, and an electron transport medium for connecting the first reaction bath receiving the anode and the second reaction bath receiving the cathode. The electron transport medium blocks the transport of metal cations and allows the transport of electrons between acid mine drainages in the first and second reaction baths. Ferrous ions are oxidized to ferric ions in the acid mine drainage to precipitate hydroxides in the first reaction bath, and hydroxide ions are produced in the second reaction bath.

The ring shear apparatus considering a wall-slip effect including: an upper ring for forming a first accommodation portion having a ring shape in which soil samples are accommodated; a lower ring for forming a second accommodation portion that corresponds to the first accommodation portion of the upper ring and has a ring shape in which soil samples are accommodated, closely attached to a lower portion of the upper ring and rotatably installed relative to the upper ring; a rotating unit for rotating the lower ring relative to the upper ring; and a shear strength measuring sensor combined with the upper ring and for measuring a shear strength of the soil samples, wherein a plurality of protrusions that protrudes from the lower ring is formed on an inner circumferential surface of the lower ring along a circumferential direction of the lower ring in order to prevent the soil samples from being slid when the lower ring is rotated.
