Abstract:
An optical connector cleaning tool includes a tip (44) for cleaning in a distal end portion. The tip (44) has a distal end face (51) in which a delivery hole (53) and a winding hole (54) for a cleaning medium are formed, and has an outer circumferential surface (52). The distal end face (51) has a first inclined surface (56) and a second inclined surface (57) forming the distal end portion of the tip (44) into a mountain shape in cross section, and has a convex curved surface (58) for connecting them to the outer circumferential surface (52). The first inclined surface (56) crosses an axis of the tip (44), and inclines at an angle smaller than an inclination angle of a distal end face of an APC connector. The second inclined surface (57) is formed such that an offset line (61) (a ridgeline) at the distal end of the tip (44) is positioned between the axis of the tip (44) and the winding hole (54), and inclines at an angle equal to or larger than the inclination angle of the distal end face of the APC connector. The convex curved surface (58) inclines at an angle equal to or larger than the inclination angle of the distal end face of the APC connector. This makes it possible to provide an optical connector cleaning tool capable of properly cleaning both a PC connector and an APC connector without using a rotation mechanism for rotating a tip.
Abstract:
A scenario execution system includes a scenario execution terminal, a log management device, and a storage device. The scenario execution terminal includes a scenario execution unit and an event notification unit. The scenario execution unit executes a scenario file having a scenario indicating a procedure of operations in the scenario execution terminal described therein. The event notification unit notifies the log management device of information on an event generated by the scenario execution unit executing the scenario file. The log management device includes a log recording unit that receives the information on the event from the scenario execution terminal and records log data having the received information on the event set therein on the storage device. The storage device adds, to the log data, information uniquely generated on the basis of log data recorded before such log data and stores resultant log data.

Abstract:
Provided is a swept light source including one end surface coupled to a wavelength filter constituted of a diffraction grating and an end mirror via a light deflector and another end surface including a gain medium facing an output coupling mirror and which configures a laser cavity between the end mirror and the output coupling mirror, wherein a drive voltage having an AC voltage on which a DC bias voltage is superimposed is output from a control voltage source of the light deflector to an electrode pair of an electro-optic crystal, light is radiated from a light emitter to the electro-optic crystal, and incident light from the gain medium incident along an optical axis perpendicular to a direction of an electric field formed by the control voltage is deflected in a direction parallel to the electric field, so that wavelength sweeping is performed.
Abstract:
To suppress the breakage of a mirror for reflecting high-intensity EUV light, an EUV multilayer mirror presenting a Bragg diffraction effect is formed by a pile of a plurality of heavy-element layers (102) and a plurality of light-element layers (103) disposed on a substrate (101), wherein the light-element layers and the heavy-element layers are alternately deposited. The heavy-element layers (102) contain niobium as a main component, and the light-element layers (103) contain silicon as a main component. For example, the heavy-element layers (102) made of niobium and the light-element layers (103) made of silicon are alternately deposited on the substrate (101) made of single-crystal silicon.

Abstract:
Provided is a position locating instrument for a position locating method in which position locating instruments that transmit and receive light beams are arranged in series connection. The position locating instruments reduce error factors and improve measurement accuracy by providing all or some of necessary position and attitude parameters. The position locating instrument has at least one light emission port through which light from a wavelength-changeable light source is emitted; and at least one light receiving port that receives light emitted or reflected by an adjacent position locating instrument. The light emitted from the light emission port has a fanlike pattern and has an emission angle varying, as a monotonic function of a wavelength of the light, in a direction perpendicular to a direction in which the light spreads in the fanlike pattern.

The cleaning tip is inserted into a hollow portion of the lens having the missing portion extending in the optical-axis direction, such that the cleaning tip is movable in a longitudinal direction thereof.
Abstract:
A person to be authenticated generates authentication data for this time and authentication data for next time using a one-way function, based on a user ID, a password and a random number, and performs an exclusive OR operation on these, to thereby encrypt the data while associating the both parameters with each other, and transmits these data together with the own user ID to an authenticating person. The authenticating person receives the aforesaid three informations, compares a validity confirmation parameter calculated by using a one-way function based on the authentication data for this time with a authentication parameter registered in the previous authentication phase, and when these parameters agree with each other, judges that authentication is approved, and registers the authentication data for next time as the authentication parameter for next time.
