摘要： A system for delivering a pressurized flow of breathable gas to a patient includes a patient interface and a flow generator mounted on the patient interface. The patient interface is configured to contact the patient's head and includes a frame and a cushion supported by the frame and configured to sealingly connect the patient interface to the patient's face and form a chamber between the frame and the patient's face. An inlet port in the frame is configured to receive the pressurized flow of breathable gas. The flow generator is configured to generate the pressurized flow and is capable of creating a pressure of about 2-40 cm H2O in the chamber. In addition, a pressure sensor assembly spans from an outlet port of the flow generator to the inlet port of the patient interface.

摘要： A respiratory treatment apparatus and method in which a leak is determined by using an averaging window. The window starts at the present time and extends back in time to a point determined according to a current one of progressively detected phase measures of a first respiratory cycle and a corresponding phase measure attributable to a preceding second respiratory cycle. In another aspect, a jamming index indicates whether the leak is rapidly changing. To the extent that jamming is high, the leak estimate used progressively changes from that using sliding breath-window averaging to a more robust and faster responding low-pass filter method, and adjustment of ventilatory support based on measures employing estimated respiratory flow is slowed down or stopped.

摘要： A patient interface includes: a plenum chamber; a seal-forming structure; a positioning and stabilising structure; a plenum chamber insert configured to be positioned and retained within the plenum chamber; and a vent structure; wherein the plenum chamber insert has a plenum chamber insert port; wherein the plenum chamber insert has an exterior surface configured to be positioned adjacent to an interior surface of the plenum chamber; wherein when the plenum chamber insert is positioned and retained within the plenum chamber, a radial channel is formed by the interior surface of the plenum chamber and the exterior surface of the plenum chamber insert such that gas is able to pass between a patient-proximal side of the plenum chamber insert and a patient-distal side of the plenum chamber insert via the radial channel during use.
