    摘要: The invention is a new horizontal syringe storage system for larger syringes which provides a high degree of product safety, storage and accessibility. The horizontal syringe storage system defines offset scallops to provide for tray nesting when stacked in a similar direction and for tray stacking when an upper tray is rotated 180° relative to a lower tray. In use, the upper trays do not touch product in a lower tray. For one embodiment, the syringe storage system comprises raised nubs for vertical alignment between stacked trays. Such raised nubs of a lower tray operably cooperative with the scallop pockets of an overhead tray. This simple feature aligns trays on two axes and limits tray slippage, essentially offering unlimited syringe tray stacking.

    摘要: An electric drive, in particular a wiper drive for vehicles, is proposed, with an electric driving motor in a motor housing (50), a brush holder (10) projecting into the motor housing (50), an anti-interference module (18) which is connected electrically and mechanically to the brush holder (10) and is intended for the electrical connection and interference protection of the motor, and with a gear mechanism (52) which is attached to the motor housing (50), at least partially accommodates the anti-interference module (18) and is designed in accordance with the predetermined position of the output shaft (53) with respect to the drive shaft (58). According to the invention, the diversity of components of the electric drive and therefore, in particular, the diversity of tools for producing the components are reduced by the anti-interference module (18) and the brush holder (10) being equipped with corresponding retaining means (40, 44) which permit the installation of a structurally identical anti-interference module (18) on the brush holder (10) in two installation positions rotated through 180°.

    摘要: An electric motor-and-gear assembly for driving vehicle aggregates such as windshield and rear window wipers, power-window units and the like, having a transmission housing that can be closed by a housing cover. A motor housing that contains a commutator motor whose commutator protrudes into the transmission housing and cooperates with a brush holder fixed in the transmission housing. For the sake of a more reasonably priced manufacture and a time-saving, more rapid assembly of the brush holder, the commutator brushes are embodied as hammer brushes with spring leaf actuators prestressed toward the commutator. The spring leaf actuator are respectively fixed with their one actuator end in a U-shaped plastic carrying part of the brush holder, which is inserted into the transmission housing radial to the commutator, through the housing opening and is positioned in the transmission housing in a positively engaging manner by means of the housing cover.

    摘要: An electric drive unit having an electric drive motor and a transmission. The electric drive motor has an armature shaft which extends, for example, to a worm shaft of the transmission. The shaft is embodied of one piece with the armature shaft. A first bearing and a second bearing are provided to support the armature shaft. The second bearing is embodied as a ball bearing with an outer ring, an inner ring, and balls. The inner ring is press-fitted in a rotationally fixed manner onto the armature shaft. The outer ring is slid into a receiving bore disposed in the transmission housing and is pressed against an axial stop face adjoining the receiving bore by means of a retaining part that is supported in an installation channel and has flexible tongues that are directed toward the outer ring. This axial pressing can be produced in an easy-to-assemble fashion and is also inexpensive thanks to a low cost of the retaining part. The proposed electrical drive unit can be used, for example, for at least one windshield wiper of a vehicle.
