    摘要： A bar type portable wireless terminal includes a lower body installed at its one side surface with a camera lens unit, and at the other surface an image reproduction device is adapted to output images captured by the camera lens unit, and an upper body coupled to an upper end of the lower body so that it is rotatable in a twisting direction relative to a rotation axis extending in a longitudinal direction of the lower body, the upper body being installed at its front surface with a display device adapted to enable the output of the images captured by the camera lens unit. The portable wireless terminal can be used as a digital image device and functions as portable phone, PDA and so on.

    摘要： A portable telephone with an exchangeable data input apparatus is provided. The portable telephone includes a bar-type main housing; a holding housing having first and second hinges positioned to face each other, to be protrusive, and to be symmetrical with each other and a sliding surface with a predetermined radius of curvature to be separated from the first and second hinges and attached to and detached from the main housing; and an exchangeable housing having bar-type first and second rotational sub housings with each one side connected to the first and second hinges so that the first and second rotational sub housings are hidden in the main housing when folded in and are in the form of wings protruding from both sides of the main housing when they are unfolded.

    摘要： An apparatus for fabricating silicon thin films for use in laser ablation includes a silicon substrate rotatably mounted in a process chamber maintaining a ultra high vacuum, pulsed light source means mounted outside the process chamber for emitting a pulsed light beam, target rotating means mounted in the process chamber for rotating a plurality of targets mounted therein, the targets being made of a different material, light beam splitting means for splitting the pulsed light beam into double light beams of the same intensity, light beam intensity regulating means for regulating the intensity of the double light beams, wherein the targets are mounted to face the silicon substrate so as to uniformly overlap the vaporization products of the targets generated by irradiating the double light bears on the silicon substrate.
