    Abstract: A three dimensional rapid imaging system and method captures multiple thermal and optical images while rotating around a patient, and from different positions and angles, and then overlays the thermal images over the optical images to produce a 3D image having enhanced thermal features. The system provides a rod that follows a circular pathway that encircles a patient. A motor propels the rod along the circular pathway. The infrared image capturing devices and optical image capturing devices are in a spaced-apart relationship along the length of the rod. The image capturing devices can each have different positions and angles along the rod. A first processor controls the angular velocity of the rod while moving along the circular pathway. The first processor also controls the position of each image capturing device. A second processor manipulates the images to overlay the optical images with thermal images; thereby producing enhanced 3D images.

    Abstract: A method for enhanced nuclear reactions includes the steps of providing a first target which is a thin film with solid deuterium; providing a deuteron beam having an extreme ultraviolet laser and a first infrared laser to apply on the first target to ionize the deuterium to form positive charged deuterons and electrons; providing a second infrared laser to the first target to accelerate the electrons and the positively charged deuterons; separating the accelerated electrons and the accelerated positively charged deuterons under a magnetic field; providing the accelerated electrons to move in a circular motion and the accelerated positive charger deuterons to move to form a cluster of accelerated positively charged deuterons, and breaking the cluster of accelerated positive charged deuterons into small pieces of positively charged deuterons.

    Abstract: A method for detection, treatment, and prevention of neurological development disorders utilizes an infrared imaging device, meridian theory of traditional Chinese medicine, and predetermined amounts of solid water particles to detect, treat, and prevent a neurological developmental disorder, such as autism. The method detects the disorder by initially identifying at least one hot spot on a patient with an infrared imaging device. At least one acupoint along a meridian pathway is identified. The hot spot is correlated with at least one acupoint located along the meridian pathway. The nexus of the hot spot and the meridian pathway indicates a potential neurological development disorder. A degree of irregularity of the internal organ is discerned by measuring a quantitative temperature at the nexus. A solid water particle is applied through a delivery means, such as oral, topical, vapor, and intravenous administration for treatment of the neurological developmental disorder.

    Abstract: A method for detection and treatment of cancerous cells utilizes an infrared imaging device to capture a first infrared image of hot spots near a meridian pathway on the body. The hot spot may indicate irregularities in cells in the body. The meridian pathway acts as a channel to the interior of body, where cancerous cells may be active. A white spot indicates an irregularly hot cell, indicating potential cancer. A predetermined amount of solution that contains solid water particles is administered orally, intravenously or topically, every day for a long period of time.
