摘要： On one surface of a piece of wooden sheet, a cloth or paper is adhered to make an adhered sheet. An approximately V-shaped notch is provided on the adhered sheet, the adhered sheet is wetted to be softened, and a lubricant which acts to keep water is impregnated thereinto. Edge portions of the notch are overlapped, and the adhered sheet is tentatively molded in an approximately horn shape by a first hot press molding. The adhered sheet is then dried, impregnated with thermosetting resin, and half-dried. The adhered sheet is subject to a second hot press molding. A moisture-proof agent is applied on the adhered sheet, a center hole for a voice coil and periphery are removed to make a speaker diaphragm having a predetermined dimension and shape.

摘要： Disclosed is an in-vehicle integrated-inverter electric compressor (1) in which an inverter accommodating section (3) is provided on the periphery of a housing (2), an inverter device is installed in the inverter accommodating section (3), and the opening portion of the inverter accommodating section (3) is sealed by means of a cover member (4) to be fixed with screws. A safety mechanism (7) is provided such that some of the fixing screws (5) fixing the cover member (4) to the inverter accommodating section (3) cannot be removed when the electric compressor (1) is mounted in a vehicle.

摘要： A main-bearing outer diameter of an electric motor is made smaller than a rotor outer diameter without causing a drop in production efficiency, and the ease of performing a shrink-fitting step is also enhanced by making it possible to mount a rotor to a main shaft in an early stage. A bearing journal portion (14b) of a main shaft (14) of an electric motor is formed in a shape into which an inner race (18b) of a main bearing (18) can be press-fitted from both sides in the axial direction thereof, and, in addition, an outer diameter of the bearing journal portion (14b) is made larger than an outer diameter of a rotor press-fitting portion (14a), whereas a bearing bore portion (5a) of a partition member (5) is formed in a shape into which an outer race (18a) can be press-fitted from both sides in the axial direction thereof. It is preferable that a space (S) into which a press-fitting tool for press-fitting the main bearing (18) can be inserted be provided between the rotor press-fitting portion (14a) of the main shaft (14) and the bearing journal portion (14b) thereof.

摘要： An inverter-integrated electric compressor in which noise interference with an inverter circuit section due to electromagnetic noise generated from high-voltage-system components can be reliably eliminated without impairing the ease of assembly and a reduction in size. In an inverter-integrated electric compressor (1) provided with an inverter accommodating section (9) on the periphery of a housing (2) and an inverter (20) provided therein, the inverter accommodating section (9) is divided into a first accommodating section (9) accommodating an inverter module (21) equipped with a power system board on which semiconductor switching devices etc. are mounted and a CPU board on which a control and communication circuit etc. are mounted, and a second accommodating section (40) accommodating high-voltage-system components (30), such as a common-mode coil (35), a normal-mode coil (36), and a smoothing capacitor (37), provided on a high-voltage line (34) for supplying DC power from a high-voltage power supply to the inverter module (21), the accommodating sections (9) and (40) being separately provided on the periphery of the housing (2).

摘要： In projecting radioactive rays for sanitizing food or the like, an irradiating condition which attains a uniform dose of radioactive rays for the entire objects to be exposed is automatically determined. An X-ray CT unit 6 captures a sectional image of an object to be exposed 2, and an irradiating condition determining section 8 acquires the density distribution of the object to be exposed 2 based on the captured sectional image. The irradiating condition determining section 8 then searches for a particular irradiating condition under which the dose distribution of the radioactive rays in the object to be exposed 2 falls within a predetermined range. An irradiation controlling section 16 controls a radioactive ray irradiating unit 14 based on the irradiating condition, and projects radioactive rays to the object to be exposed 2 in accordance with the irradiation condition when the object is transported to the radioactive ray irradiating unit 14 by a belt conveyor.

A developing roller develops a latent image on the photoconductor member using the liquid developer composed of toner particles and a solvent. A squeezing roller squeezes excess solvent from a surface of a photoconductor member. A heater heats liquid developer existing on the photoconductor member to a temperature at which the solvent of the liquid developer is prone to vaporize. The heater is provided in one of the developing roller, the squeezing roller, and the liquid developer reservoir.
