摘要： Are disclosed a method of detecting a hold-position of an electronic component in which the component is held by an electronic-component holding apparatus, an electronic-component holding apparatus having a hold-position detecting device, and an electronic-component mounting apparatus for mounting an electronic component on a printed-circuit board. The above method includes the steps of emitting light beams in a direction toward the electronic component (W) held by the electronic-component holding apparatus (58, 70), so as to take a projection of the component, and of detecting a position of the projection, thereby detecting the hold-position of the component. The above holding apparatus is characterized in that at least a part of a holding head body (86) which surrounds a center line of a sucking pipe (88) is made of a transparent material, and in that the holding apparatus has the hold-position detecting device which includes a light emitter (146) for emitting light beams in a direction parallel to the center line of the sucking pipe so as to take a projection of the component held by the sucking pipe, and further includes an electronic image device (150) for detecting a position of the projection. The above mounting apparatus has at least one holding head (70) which is stopped at a pair of intervening stops between a receive-stop at which the head receives the component and a mount-stop at which the head mounts the component on the board, at one of the intervening stops the hold-position of the component being detected, at the other intervening stop an incorrect hold-position of the component being adjusted.

摘要： A component supply device for supplying a component mounting device with electronic components at a supply position, which includes at least three supply tables each having a plurality of supply units mounted thereon such that the supply units have respective supply portions which are spaced from each other along a predetermined line, the supply units holding respective groups of electronic components of respective different kinds, a guiding device for guiding the supply tables such that the supply tables are movable in a moving direction parallel to the predetermined line, and a table positioning device for positioning the supply tables in the moving direction so that the supply portions of the supply units are selectively brought to the supply position. The table positioning device includes a first and a second carrier which are selectively engageable with the supply tables and which are reciprocable in the moving direction without an interference with each other to move the supply tables along the guiding device, and a first and a second feeding device for moving the first and second carriers, respectively.

摘要： An apparatus for feeding a top cover tape peeled from an electric-component tape which additionally includes a carrier tape having pockets which accommodate electric components, respectively, and whose respective upper openings are closed with the top cover tape, the apparatus including two rotatable members which are rotatable about respective axis lines parallel to each other and whose respective outer circumferential surfaces cooperate with each other to pinch the top cover tape, a rotary drive device which rotates one of the two rotatable members, one of the two rotatable members having a scraper groove which is formed in the entire outer circumferential surface thereof, in an intermediate portion thereof in an axial direction thereof parallel to the two axis lines, and a scraper which is provided on an outlet side of the two rotatable members in a tape-feed direction, such that a portion of the scraper is fitted in a portion of the scraper groove that corresponds to a position where the respective outer circumferential surfaces of the two rotatable members pinch the top cover tape, so that the scraper prevents the top cover tape from clinging to the one rotatable member.

摘要： An electronic-component supplying apparatus, including a bed with two linear guides; six tables movably supported by the guides, each table supporting electronic-component supplying cartridges such that respective component-supply portions of the cartridges are arranged along a straight line parallel to the guides, the six tables including a first group of three tables and a second group of three tables; three carriers which are movable, independent of one another, through three routes, respectively, each carrier being stopable at any position on the corresponding route, the three routes extending parallel to one another and the guides, within a carrier-movement area on the bed; engaging devices and engageable portions each of which is disengageably engageable with at least one corresponding engaging device of the engaging devices, one of (a) each of the six tables and (b) each of the three carriers supporting a corresponding one of the engaging devices, the other of (a) the each of the six tables and (b) the each of the three carriers supporting a corresponding one of the engageable portions; a first retracting device which retracts the tables of the first table group, to a first waiting area as one of two side areas on both sides of the carrier-movement area; and a second retracting device which retracts the tables of the second table group, to a second waiting area as the other side area.
