摘要： A holding apparatus including a suction nozzle which applies a negative pressure to a back surface of an object and thereby holds the object, a front-surface lighting device which emits a first visible light toward a front surface of the object held by the suction nozzle and thereby lights the front surface, and a back-surface lighting device which lights the back surface of the object held by the suction nozzle and which includes a light emitting plate which is provided around a base portion of the suction nozzle and emits a second light from a light emitting surface thereof facing a side of a free end of the suction nozzle that holds the object; and a dark infrared-ray transmitting filter which is dark, covers the light emitting surface of the light emitting plate, and transmits infrared rays of the second light.

The table positioning device includes a first and a second carrier which are selectively engageable with the supply tables and which are reciprocable in the moving direction without an interference with each other to move the supply tables along the guiding device, and a first and a second feeding device for moving the first and second carriers, respectively.

摘要： An apparatus for moving an operative suction nozzle which holds an electric component. The apparatus mounts the electric component held by the operative suction nozzle on a circuit board. The apparatus includes a device which supplies the electric component to the operative suction nozzle; a device which supports the circuit substrate; a nozzle storing device which stores normal suction nozzles; and a nozzle moving device. A nozzle-defect detecting device which detects a defeat of the operative suction nozzle is provided. Also provided is a nozzle exchanging device which automatically operates the nozzle moving device to move the defective suction nozzle having the detected defect, to the nozzle storing device so that the defective suction nozzle is exchanged with the normal suction nozzle stored by the nozzle storing device.

摘要： An apparatus for conveying and positioning a substrate of a printed-wiring board, comprising: a conveyor system for transferring the substrate, including a pair of parallel spaced-apart side frames at least one of which is movable relative to the other; a positioning device including a support member, a pair of parallel spaced-apart holder members disposed on the support member and movable relative to each other so as to be engageable with opposite sides of the substrate parallel to the side frames, to thereby hold the substrate, and a device for moving the support member along X and Y axes, so as to position the substrate within a predetermined area; a device for moving the support member between an aligned position in which the holder members are aligned with the side frames, and an unaligned position for positioning the substrate in the predetermined area; and a device for connecting the movable holder member and the movable side frame when the support member is in the aligned position. The distance between the holder members is variable with a change in the distance between the side frames.

摘要： An apparatus for positioning printed-wiring substrates of different sizes comprising: an X-Y table having a movable device movable along X and Y axes; a pair of Y-axis positioning members which are disposed on the movable device and relatively movably spaced from each other along the Y axis, so as to be engageable with opposite parallel sides of the substrate parallel to the X axis, for positioning the substrate along the Y axis; an X-axis positioning member provided on the movable device and engageable with the substrate to position the substrate along the X axis; a first engagement member provided on at least one of the the Y-axis positioning members; a second engagement member which is fixed in position in the Y-axis direction; and a driving device for moving the first and second engagement members toward each other along an axis perpendicular to the Y axis, and effecting engagement of the first and second engagement members with each other, to thereby hold the above-indicated at least one Y-axis positioning member fixed in the Y-axis direction, and permit a change in relative position between the at least one Y-axis positioning member and the movable device along the Y-axis through a movement of the movable device along the Y axis.
