Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, comparing an input received from a peripheral device associated with an execution of a gaming application with a threshold value, wherein the threshold value is based on a first identification of a first user, a second identification of the peripheral device, and a third identification of stimuli presented as part of the execution of the gaming application. Responsive to the comparing, a determination may be made that the input exceeds the threshold value. Responsive to the determination, a validation request may be transmitted to a user device of the first user. Other embodiments are disclosed.

Abstract: One example of a method includes receiving a plurality of video streams depicting a scene, wherein the plurality of video streams provides images of the scene from a plurality of different viewpoints, identifying a target that is present in the scene, wherein the target is identified based on a determination of a likelihood of being of interest to a viewer of the scene, determining a trajectory of the target through the plurality of video streams, wherein the determining is based in part on an automated visual analysis of the plurality of video streams, wherein the determining is based in part on a visual analysis of the plurality of video streams, rendering a volumetric video traversal that follows the target through the scene, wherein the rendering comprises compositing the plurality of video streams, receiving viewer feedback regarding the volumetric video traversal, and adjusting the rendering in response to the viewer feedback.

Abstract: Methods, computer-readable media, and apparatuses for adjusting a network-controllable physical resource of a sensory service in response to biometric data for a group of users are disclosed. In one example, a processing system including at least one processor may gather biometric data of each user of a group of users of a sensory service. The sensory service may comprise at least one network-controllable physical resource. The processing system may then aggregate the biometric data for the group of users and tailor the sensory service for the group of users based upon the biometric data for the group of users that is aggregated. In one example, the tailoring of the sensory service may include adjusting the at least one network-controllable physical resource in response to the biometric data that is aggregated for the group of users.

Abstract: A processing system of a mobile device may determine the device's predicted viewport, which defines a portion of a real world environment that is expected to be visible to the device's user at a future time. The processing system may determine a set of extended reality anchors that are present in the real world environment, where each anchor stores a digital object that, when rendered by the device and presented to the user simultaneously with the real world environment, creates extended reality media. The processing system may remove a first subset anchors from the set, where locations of anchors in the first subset fall outside a threshold distance from the predicted viewport. The removing results in a second subset of anchors remaining in the set. The processing system may download a digital object from a second device, where the digital object is stored by an anchor of the second subset.

Abstract: A method for validating objects appearing in volumetric video presentations includes obtaining a volumetric video presentation depicting a scene, wherein the volumetric video presentation is associated with a metadata file containing identifying information for the scene, identifying user-generated content that depicts the scene, by matching metadata associated with the user-generated content to the metadata file associated with the volumetric video presentation, comparing a first object appearing in the volumetric video presentation to a corresponding second object appearing in the user-generated content, assigning a score to the first object based on the comparing, wherein the score indicates a probability that the first object has not been manipulated, and altering the volumetric video presentation to filter the first object from the volumetric video presentation when the score falls below a threshold.

Abstract: A processing system having at least one processor may establish a communication session between a first communication system of a first user and a second communication system of a second user, the communication session including first video content of a first physical environment of the first user and second video content of a second physical environment of the second user, determine a first visualization action for a first physical object in the first physical environment in accordance with a first configuration setting of the first user for the communication session, obtain the first video content from a first camera of the first communication system, detect the first physical object in the first video content, and perform the first visualization action to modify the first video content. The processing system may then transmit first visualization information including the first video content that is modified to the second communication system.

Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, systems and methods aggregating video content and adjusting the aggregate video content according to a training model. The adjusted aggregate video content comprises a first subset of the images and does not comprise a second subset of the images. The first subset of the images is determined by the training model based on a plurality of categories corresponding to a plurality of events. The illustrative embodiments also include presenting the adjusted aggregate video content and receiving identifications for the first subset of the images in the aggregate video content. Further, the illustrative embodiments include adjusting the training model according to the identifications and providing the adjusted training model to a network device. Abstract: A system embodying the subject disclosure includes a memory to store instructions. A controller coupled to the memory, responsive to executing the instructions, can perform operations including obtaining performance characteristics for segments of a network; the segments are selected based on a trajectory of a mobile device coupled to the network. The controller can predict future transport and segment characteristics based on the performance characteristics. The controller can receive a request from the mobile device for transmission of a data packet over the network. The controller can monitor a power state of the mobile device and predict a future power state of the mobile device. The controller can determine a target time for fulfilling the request, based on the future power state and the future transport and segment characteristics. The controller can schedule a time for fulfilling the request according to the target time. Other embodiments are disclosed.
