    摘要： An ink jet recording method for recording an image having metallic gloss on a textile product using an ink jet recording apparatus includes forming a base layer by letting droplets of a first ink composition containing a first thermoplastic resin adhere on the textile product; and forming a metallic gloss layer by letting droplets of a second ink composition containing a metallic pigment and a second thermoplastic resin adhere on the base layer. The glass transition temperature of the first thermoplastic resin is not higher than that of the second thermoplastic resin. The formation of the base layer is performed at a temperature not lower than the glass transition temperature of the first thermoplastic resin.

    摘要： An ink jet recording method for recording an image having a metallic luster on a recording medium with an ink jet recording apparatus includes forming an underlayer on the recording medium by applying droplets of a first ink composition containing a first thermoplastic resin to the recording medium and also includes forming a metallic luster layer on the underlayer by applying droplets of a second ink composition containing a metal pigment and a second thermoplastic resin to the underlayer. The glass transition temperature of the first thermoplastic resin is lower than or equal to the glass transition temperature of the second thermoplastic resin. The underlayer is formed at a temperature higher than the glass transition temperature of the first thermoplastic resin.

    摘要： Recombinant galectin 8 (rGal 8), produced in host Escherichia coli, exerts hemagglutinating activity, neutrophil adhesion inducing activity, integrin αM-binding activity, proMMP-9 binding activity, active form MMP-9 production promoting activity, superoxide production promoting activity, apoptosis inducing activity for a particular cell, suppressive or inhibitory activity against the metastasis/invasion of tumor cells, etc. In the rGal 8, however, a link domain linking two CRDs is highly susceptible to protease and, therefore, is very easily digestible with the enzyme, thereby losing the above activities. Thus, there is a need for a more stabilized molecule in view of further studies. Modification of the link domain linking two CRDs in galectin 8 provides a modified molecule having an elevated activity without any undesirable effects on the above activities.
