Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for fabricating a displaying backplane, a displaying backplane and a displaying device, and relates to the technical field of displaying. The method includes forming a first active layer and a second active layer on a substrate base plate; forming a first grid insulating layer covering the first active layer and the second active layer; forming a first grid on the first grid insulating layer; performing ion implantation to the first no-channel regions, the second no-channel regions and the second channel region, to reduce oxygen-vacancy concentrations of the first no-channel regions, the second no-channel regions and the second channel region; and forming a second grid on the first grid insulating layer.

Abstract: A touch control structure is provided. Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an array substrate with a display area, a manufacturing method thereof, a display panel, and a display device. The array substrate with the display area includes a base substrate, and a thin film transistor structure on a surface of the base substrate. The thin film transistor structure is in the display area, the thin film transistor structure includes at least a source-drain pattern and a planarization pattern. The source-drain pattern and the planarization pattern are on a side of the thin film transistor structure away from the base substrate. Abstract: A driving method for a display panel, a driving circuit and a display device are disclosed. The driving method comprises; dividing input signals into M×N final signal groups according to positions of respective corresponding initial pixels in an input image; determining a reference brightness value of each final subarea according to the input signals; determining a brightness reduction function corresponding to the reference brightness value of the final subarea; adjusting a brightness value of each initial pixel in the final subarea according to the brightness reduction function corresponding to the final subarea, so as to adjust the brightness value of each initial pixel in each final subarea from an initial brightness value to a final brightness value; generating a voltage enabling display pixels of the display panel to display the obtained final brightness values; and inputting the obtained voltage to the display pixels of the display panel, respectively.

Abstract: A driving voltage control method and apparatus, an array substrate, and a display device, wherein a plurality of predetermined areas (11a) are preset within a display area (11), and corresponding to any of the predetermined areas, the apparatus comprises an acquisition module (21) configured to acquire a luminance value of a pixel cell with the maximum luminance within the predetermined area (11a) in any frame, a search module (22) configured to search a preset table for a corresponding driving voltage value according to the luminance value acquired by the acquisition module and a control module (23) configured to control a driving voltage outputted to all the pixel cells within the predetermined area (11a) in a next frame according to the driving voltage value obtained by the search module. The driving voltage for the display device in any image can be reduced without affecting the display effect of the image.
