    摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing a TFA image sensor in which a multi-layer arrangement comprising a photo diode matrix is arranged on an ASIC switching circuit provided with electronic circuits for operating the TFA image sensor, such as pixel electronics, peripheral electronics and system electronics, for the pixel-wise conversion of electromagnetic radiation into an intensity-dependent photocurrent, the pixels being connected to contacts of the underlying pixel electronics of the ASIC switching circuit. The method enables conventionally produced ASIC switching circuits to be used without impairing the topography of the photoactive sensor surface. The CMOS passivation layer in the photoactive region and then the upper CMOS metallization are removed and replaced by a metallic layer which is structured in the pixel raster, for the formation of back electrodes. The photo diode matrix is then applied and structured, said photo diode matrix being embodied as a pixel matrix, on which a passivating protective layer and/or a color filter layer having a passivating action can be applied.

    摘要: A frequency synthesizer for a radio terminal with which a dual-band and/or dual-mode switchover is possible in a simple manner. The frequency synthesizer has a double phase-locked loop with a high-frequency portion and an intermediate-frequency portion, each with one divider and one counter in a feedback branch. There is at least one memory for holding a plurality of divider values for the counter in the intermediate-frequency portion. The counter in the high-frequency portion is coupled to the memory in such a way that when a new divider value is written into the counter of the high-frequency portion, an associated divider value from the memory is written into the counter of the intermediate-frequency portion. In this way, the frequency generated by the intermediate-frequency divider is adapted to the frequency generated in the high-frequency portion in such a way that the requisite operating frequencies of each active mobile radio system are set automatically. In the same way, the dual-mode switchover can be carried out by coupling a further memory with further divider values for the counter of the high-frequency portion.

The frequency dividers can be changed over between the division ratios 2 and 3. At least that frequency divider that is arranged on the output side of the divider chain has an additional through-switching input that makes it possible to switch through the input signal to the output of the divider stage without influencing the delay-time effects of the divider stage. The advantages of a cascaded 2/3 divider chain, such as a high cut-off frequency, a simple design and the ability to arbitrarily expand, are thus achieved without accepting a lower limit of the range of possible division values.

    摘要: Some embodiments relate to a transmitting arrangement that includes a digital to time converter (DTC) with a reference generator and a modulation generator coupled to first and second input terminals thereof. A feedback path, which includes a phase and/or frequency measurement block and a phase and/or frequency correction block, is coupled between an output terminal of the DTC converter and the second input terminal of the DTC. The feedback path can help determine a phase or frequency correction word that can be applied to a modulation control word provided by the modulation generator to tune or correct the modulation control word before it reaches the DTC. In this way, the transmitting arrangement facilitates extremely accurate phase alignment and helping achieve extremely accurate signal transmission.
