摘要: A shock-absorbing and energy-collecting roller cage shoe including a base, a main energy-collecting module, two auxiliary energy-collecting modules, and a roller is provided. The base is provided with three containing spaces for containing the main energy-collecting module and the two auxiliary energy-collecting modules. In the three containing spaces, the main energy-collecting module and the two auxiliary energy-collecting modules are respectively connected fixedly to the base through wire rope shock absorbers, the main energy-collecting module and the two auxiliary energy-collecting modules are respectively pressed on the left side, the upper side and the lower side of the roller, and the right side of the roller is pressed on a cage guide. The energy-collecting modules collect vibrational energy generated by vibration in the operation process of a lifting container, and convert the vibrational energy into collectable piezoelectric energy. The piezoelectric energy can be used to supply electric energy to electricity-consuming installations, such as such as the illumination of the lifting container, and thereby the collection and utilization of energy are realized.

Encoders are installed on speed measurement gears of the speed measurement device. An output end of the speed measurement device is connected to an input end of a programmable logic controller (PLC). An output end of the PLC is electrically connected to an automatic alarm device and a digital display module. A power supply module is used for supplying power to the whole system.

摘要: Disclosed are an online monitoring system for a crack on a hoist spindle and an operation method thereof. The system comprises: a rope power part, a crack detection part, a wireless transmission part, and a computer. The rope power part comprises two traction ropes, two guide wheels, two stepper motors, and two stepper motor drivers. The crack detection part comprises a spiral tube guide rail, a sliding body, and an ultrasonic generator. The wireless transmission part comprises three zigbee wireless sensing modules. The zigbee wireless sensing modules receive instructions from the computer and transmit the instructions to the stepper motor drivers to control the motors to rotate. The stepper motors drive the guide wheels to rotate to realize the winding of the ropes, so as to pull the sliding body to slide on the spiral tube guide rail. The ultrasonic generator clamped on the sliding body monitors the rotating spindle along the spiral tube guide rail. The zigbee wireless sensing modules transmit the detected data to the computer in real time. The present invention can effectively monitor a hoist spindle in time before a failure occurs, thereby avoiding safety accidents.

摘要: The present invention discloses an embedded scraper rotation angle detection device for a scraper conveyor and a detection method. The detection device includes two extensible detection devices, two signal detection units and a remote processing unit. The two extensible detection devices and the two signal detection units are disposed at two ends of a scraper respectively. The signal detection units detect movement displacements of the extensible detection devices in real time and send out signals through wireless transmission modules, the wireless transmission modules and a wireless receiving module are used for data transmission, and a signal display processing module is used to calculate a rotation angle value of the scraper in real time, output and display the rotation angle value simultaneously, compare the rotation angle value measured in real time with a set safety threshold, and send out an alarm indication when the rotation angle value exceeds the safety threshold.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for estimating tension of a chain of a scraper conveyor, belonging to a method for estimating chain tension. The method comprises the following steps: embedding strain sensors in a plurality of scrapers of a scraper conveyor to measure the tension of weak coupling points between the scrapers and chains, converting acquired sensor signals into data signals through an A/D conversion unit, transmitting the data signals to a data control center using a wireless transmission module, further processing the tension data information of the weak coupling points through the data control center, establishing a chain tension distribution model, and determining an the estimated tension of the chain of the scraper conveyor. The method provided by the present invention is simple, efficient and practical, and the estimation of tension of the whole continuous moving chain is completed by the tension measurement at limited positions of the chain. The chain of the scraper conveyor is meshed with a sprocket and continuously moves in a middle trough and its tension also changes in real time along with the load; the strain sensors are arranged on the scrapers to measure the tension of the weak coupling points between the scrapers and the chains, and the estimation of tension of the whole chain is completed by tension measurement at limited positions on the chain.

摘要: Systems and methods for detecting a layer-to-layer transition of a lifting steel wire rope on a reel are described. The system includes a reel assembly for winding a steel wire rope on a reel and a tensioning assembly for tensioning a segment of said steel wire rope. The system further includes a loading assembly and a lead screw sliding assembly. The loading assembly provides a vertical loading to the tensioning assembly so as to generate a loading force between the tensioned steel wire rope and the steel wire rope wound around the reel. The lead screw sliding assembly drives the tensioning assembly so as to move on a horizontal guide rail to generate a relative displacement between the tensioned steel wire rope and the steel wire rope wound around the reel. The tensioning assembly is connected to the loading assembly via a first threaded rod and a static torque sensor.

摘要: A chain fault diagnosis system and a chain fault diagnosis method for a scraper conveyor are provided. The diagnosis system includes a strain rosette attached on a top end surface of each sprocket tooth of the scraper conveyor. The strain rosette is connected to a signal gathering unit fixed on a scraper conveyor roller through a shielded conductor, the signal gathering unit sends a gathered signal to a wireless receiving device by means of wireless transmission, and the wireless receiving device transmits the gathered signal obtained thereby to an industrial control computer through a USB interface. The diagnosis method includes the following three steps: chain dislocation/skip fault judgment, chain breakage fault judgment and chain seizure fault judgment. A comprehensive monitoring of the chain state of the scraper conveyor is performed by measuring strain magnitudes in different directions of the sprocket tooth in real-time, transmitting the gathered signal to the industrial control computer via a wireless transmission method and dynamically diagnosing the faults of seizure, dislocation, skip and breakage of the scraper conveyor chain based on the obtained strain data.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a system for monitoring a scraper chain based on a measurement on transmittance of a torsion spring and a method thereof. The system includes a sprocket-wheel torsion detection device, a fixing device, a wireless receiver, an A/D converter and an industrial computer. In the method, the relative torsion of the two sprocket wheels is converted into the density change of the torsion spring, the light transmission area is converted into the current value by the laser sensing panel, a varying range of the torsion spring is calculated by the industrial computer through the preset threshold and its own program to monitor the operating conditions of the chain. The method has a novel concept, a stable and reliable system, and a high promotion value.
