摘要: The present invention provides improved anesthesia delivery systems that consistently and reliably deliver anesthesia gas to multiple gas outlets. The systems are particularly useful for anesthetizing multiple mammals and living specimens to be imaged by a low-light level imaging system. The anesthesia delivery systems are suitable for use with conventional oxygen sources, and convert the high pressures associated with a conventional oxygen source to lower pressures suitable for use with small mammals and suitable for combination with an anesthesia gas at low flow rates. The systems include an anesthesia gas source that combines anesthesia gas with the oxygen. The combination of anesthesia gas and oxygen is supplied to one or more multiple outlets.

摘要: The present invention provides golf club heads exhibiting a relatively high moment of inertia. In certain embodiments, the present invention relates to golf putter heads comprising an aluminum inner core, which is capable of absorbing vibration, and an outer shell formed of another material, which is more dense and comprises less volume than the aluminum inner core. The material forming the outer shell may be polyurethane or nylon containing metallic powder.

摘要: An apparatus for changing an aggregate intensity of a light within an illumination field of a photolithography system comprising a blade structure and a first actuator. The blade structure is configured to be positioned along an optical path of the photolithography system between an illumination system of the photolithography system and a reticle stage of the photolithography system so that, when the illumination system provides the light having the illumination field, the blade structure is substantially at a center of the illumination field and a first portion of the light within the illumination field impinges upon the blade structure. The blade structure is either translucent to a wavelength of the light or opaque to the wavelength. The first portion of the light has a first area. The first actuator is coupled between a first portion of the blade structure and a frame of the photolithography system and is configured to move at least the first portion of the blade structure in a first direction so that, when the illumination system provides the light having the illumination field, a second portion of the light within the illumination field impinges upon the blade structure. The second portion of the light has a second area. The second area is different from the first area.

摘要: A braking module includes a braking load, an input terminal, an output terminal, and control logic. The input terminal is adapted to receive a motor drive signal. The control logic is adapted to receive a motor enable signal, couple the output terminal to the input terminal responsive to the motor enable signal being asserted, couple the output terminal to the braking load responsive to the motor enable signal being deasserted, and prevent the coupling of the output terminal to the input terminal responsive to a temperature of the braking module exceeding a predetermined disable set point. A method for controlling a motor includes coupling a drive lead carrying a motor drive signal to a motor lead of the motor responsive to a motor enable signal being asserted. The motor lead is coupled to a braking load responsive to the motor enable signal being deasserted. The coupling of the drive lead to the motor lead is prevented responsive to a temperature of the braking load exceeding a predetermined disable set point.

摘要: A method of producing of a two-dimensional probability density function eye diagram and Bit Error Rate eye arrays generates a two-dimensional PDF array of a correlated waveform record of a data pattern under test which is convolved with a two-dimensional probability density function (PDF) array of the uncorrelated jitter and noise in the data pattern under test. The resulting aggregate two dimensional PDF array of the correlated waveform record pattern with uncorrelated jitter and noise is divided into unit intervals and the unit intervals are summed to generated a two-dimensional PDF eye diagram array. The two-dimensional PDF eye diagram is processed to generate a two-dimensional Bit Error Rate eye array.

摘要: The invention includes a communication network for dynamically establishing media channels between conforming emergency systems (CES) and resources of an emergency services network. The CES transmits a request message for a media channel to the packet network. One of the resources of the emergency services network receives the request message. The resource responds to the request message to dynamically establish the media channel. The CES may then exchange messages with the resource over the media channel to facilitate the CES in handling emergency events. In other embodiments, a resource transmits a request message for a media channel to the packet network. The CES receives the request message, and responds to the request message to dynamically establish the media channel. The CES and the resource may then exchange messages over the media channel to facilitate the CES in handling emergency events.

摘要: A computer has a hardware memory arranged into portions that are separately addressable using first identifiers, which are represented using a first number of address bits. A subsystem that is able to address a second space of the hardware memory using second identifiers initiates I/O requests directed to a device that is able to address a different, first memory space using first identifiers, which are represented using a second number of address bits. The second identifiers are initially mapped into the second memory space, but for any I/O request that meets a remapping criterion, the corresponding second identifier is remapped to one of the first identifiers that identifies a portion of the memory in the first memory space. The second space is different from the first space and the second number of address bits is greater less than the first number of address bits.
