摘要: An apparatus and method are provided for transmitting a text message in a wireless terminal. The apparatus and method include displaying data input when creating a text message and analyzing the data in order to check whether the data are character display instruction words. Character image information corresponding to the character display instruction words is searched. The character image information is added to the display instruction words, and the display instruction words having the character image information are added to the text message. Character data are added to the text message if the data are general character data. The above steps are repeated and recipient information for the character text message is input when the character text message has been created. The created character text message is then transmitted.

摘要: In a method of forming a pattern, a mold layer having an opening is formed on a substrate. A conductive layer is formed on the mold layer having the opening, the conductive layer having a substantially uniform thickness. A buffer layer pattern is formed in the opening having the conductive layer, the buffer layer pattern having a cross-linked structure of water-soluble copolymers including a repeating unit of N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone and a repeating unit of acrylate. An upper portion of the conductive layer exposed over the buffer layer pattern is etched. Accordingly, a conductive pattern for a semiconductor device is formed on the substrate. The method of forming a pattern may simplify manufacturing processes for a capacitor and a semiconductor device, and may improve their efficiencies.

摘要: In a method of forming a pattern and a method of manufacturing a capacitor using the same, a conductive layer is formed on a mold layer having an opening. A first buffer layer pattern including a polymer having a repeating unit of anthracene-methyl methacrylate and a repeating unit of alkoxyl-vinyl benzene is formed on the conductive layer in the opening. The first buffer layer pattern is baked to cross-link the polymers and form a second buffer layer pattern that is insoluble in a developing solution. The conductive layer on a top portion of the mold layer is selectively removed by using the second buffer layer pattern as an etching mask. Accordingly, a conductive pattern for a semiconductor device is formed. The method of forming a pattern may simplify manufacturing processes for a capacitor and a semiconductor device, and may improve their efficiencies.

摘要: Provided are a high efficiency light emitting diode and a method for fabricating the same, in which a multi-layer reflector is laminated to a surface emission type light emitting diode to improve the efficiency of a light emitting diode. A high efficiency reflector is integrated on the light emitting diode using a dry etching process and a wet etching process. Although light produced from an active layer when applying a current thereto is emitted in several directions, the reflectors formed both sides of the active layer reflect the emitted light toward a surface of a semiconductor substrate, thus improving the light efficiency. Compared with the existing light emitting diode, the structure of the proposed light emitting diode is more efficient and therefore it can be used as a light source having low power consumption and high brightness. Also, the light emitting diode can be fabricated using the existing semiconductor process, thus reducing the complexity of the fabricating process.

摘要: An air conditioning system, which can automatically remove a malodor generated due to condensate water remaining in an evaporator during a predetermined period of time after operation of an air conditioner or turning-off of the air conditioner and control a filtering mode time of a filter to filter an air. The air conditioning system characteristically comprises a shiftable deodorization filter (30 or 40) located on a flow channel of the cool air passageway and operationally moved to a filtering mode position so as to screen the flow channel of the cool air passageway during a predetermined period of time after an air conditioner is turned on or off, whereby the air passing through the cool air passageway C and a malodor contained in the air are filtered.
