    Abstract: Disclosed is a battery pack temperature detection system, comprising: a battery pack disposed with a plurality of temperature monitoring points; a plurality of sampling circuits, wherein each temperature monitoring point is disposed with at least two of the plurality of sampling circuits, and the at least two of the plurality of sampling circuits disposed for one temperature monitoring point are different sampling circuits; and a control module configured to acquire temperature data of each temperature monitoring point by each of the disposed sampling circuits, and determine a current temperature of the battery pack according to the temperature data to determine whether the temperature of the battery pack exceeds a preset value.

    Abstract: A flat-plate type sodium metal battery and an electrochemical device are described. The battery comprises a positive electrode plate and a negative electrode plate, the positive electrode plate provided with a first micro-through-hole arranged in an array on at least part of the surface thereof, the negative electrode plate provided with a second micro-through-hole arranged in an array on at least part of the surface thereof, wherein the first micro-through-hole and the second micro-through-hole have an overlapping area of ≥5% of the total area of the second micro-through-hole of the negative electrode plate. Disposing a first micro-through-hole on the positive electrode plate, and a second micro-through-hole on the negative electrode plate, and setting the aperture size and aperture spacing of micro-through-holes are beneficial to increasing infiltration and penetration of the electrolyte in the positive electrode plate and are conducive to rapid infiltration to large-sized electrode plates.

The electrode assembly includes a first electrode plate and a second electrode plate. The first electrode plate and the second electrode plate are wound along a winding direction to form a winding structure, and the winding structure includes a bending region. The first electrode plate includes a first segment that exceeds a winding starting end of the second electrode plate, and at least a part of the first segment is configured to provide a support force to a part of the first electrode plate and the second electrode plate in the bending region and located at an outer side the first segment, making a structure of the first electrode plate and the second electrode plate more compact in the bending region.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a battery including a battery cell, a thermal management component, an avoidance chamber and a collection chamber. The battery cell includes a pressure relief mechanism; the thermal management component is configured to adjust a temperature of the battery cell; the avoidance chamber is configured to provide a space allowing the pressure relief mechanism to be actuated; and the collection chamber is configured to collect emissions from the battery cell when the pressure relief mechanism is actuated. The thermal management component is configured such that emissions are capable of passing through the thermal management component when the pressure relief mechanism is actuated, and then entering the collection chamber through the avoidance chamber. Therefore, the pressure relief mechanism may not need to be provided on a side of an electrode terminal of the battery cell and emissions relieved by the pressure relief mechanism may be collected.

    Abstract: A negative electrode plate, a secondary battery and an apparatus thereof are provided in the present application. The negative electrode plate includes a negative electrode current collector and a negative membrane disposed on the negative electrode current collector, and the negative membrane includes a first coating layer and a second coating layer. The first coating layer is located on an outermost layer of the negative membrane and includes a first negative active material including a silicon-based material and a carbon material, and in the first coating layer, a mass percentage of the silicon-based material is 0.5% to 10%. The second coating layer is disposed between the first coating layer and the negative electrode current collector and includes a second negative active material including a silicon-based material and a carbon material, and in the second coating layer, a mass percentage of the silicon-based material is 5%-50%.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a cap assembly and a secondary battery. The cap assembly includes a cap plate provided with an electrode lead-out hole; an electrode terminal, covering the electrode lead-out hole and including a main body, wherein the main body is provided with a recess on a side wall; an isolating member including a receiving portion, wherein the main body is received in the receiving portion; and a protrusion, connected to an inner wall of the isolating member and extending towards an axis of the electrode lead-out hole, wherein the protrusion is received in the recess so as to prevent the main body from rotating relative to the isolating member. The cap assembly according to the embodiments of the present application can improve an overcurrent capacity and stability of the electrode terminal.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a high-voltage interlock system and a detection method thereof. The high-voltage interlock system includes a target control device and at least one non-target control device connected in sequence. The target control device includes a detection unit, a current generation controller, a current generator, and a second high-voltage component. A controller in the target control device generates a pulse drive signal for driving the current generation controller, receives a detection result signal output from a current detector, and determines a fault of a high-voltage interlock circuit according to the detection result signal; the current generation controller generates an alternating voltage signal according to the pulse drive signal; the current generator outputs an alternating current signal according to the alternating voltage signal; the current detector acquires a voltage signal across a detection resistor set and outputs the detection result signal.
