摘要: An ultrasonic solution separator including an ultrasonic atomization chamber supplied with a solution containing a target material; an ultrasonic oscillator producing mist from the solution in the ultrasonic atomization chamber with ultrasonic oscillation; a power supply for ultrasonics connected to the ultrasonic oscillator, and a collection portion transporting the mist produced by the ultrasonic oscillator with a carrier gas and aggregating and collecting the mist included in the carrier gas. The power supply supplying high-frequency power to the ultrasonic oscillator so that the ultrasonic oscillator oscillates at an ultrasonic frequency. The ultrasonic separator aggregates and collects the mist produced in the ultrasonic atomization chamber by means of the collection portion. With this ultrasonic solution separator, the temperature of carrier gas in the ultrasonic atomization chamber is at least 5° C. higher than the carrier gas in the collection portion.

摘要: The invention is intended to provide a building sequence planning system for an automobile production line, which can prepare an efficient building sequence. The system comprises an input unit (1) for inputting information of vehicles to be manufactured, a processing unit (3) for deciding an optimum building sequence based on the vehicle information inputted through the input unit (1), and an output unit (5) for externally outputting a building sequence schedule decided by the processing unit (3). The processing unit (3) prepares a vehicle building sequence, determines a degree of dissatisfaction of the prepared building sequence, as a penalty value, in accordance with restriction conditions which are inputted through the input unit (1) and are imposed when building the vehicles into work, and decides a building sequence with a minimum penalty by preparing a plurality of building sequences and determining the penalty value for each building sequence with respect to the restriction conditions.

摘要: A communication terminal device of the present invention includes: a turbo encoder 10 that performs two systems of convolutional encoding (12 through 16, and 20 through 24) with respect to input data 11 which should be transmitted and that preforms turbo encoding processing with in-block interleave preformed on one of the two systems (20 through 24) using an internal interleaver 19; rate matching (puncturing) units 27 and 29 which puncture an output of the turbo encoder based on a predetermined rate matching algorithm; and interleavers 26 and 28 which change the output of the turbo encoder 10 such that a puncturing cycle based on the rate matching algorithm of the rate matching (puncturing) units 27 and 29 is changed. Accordingly, turbo code performance can be prevented from deteriorating when communication is performed at a specific coding rate in mobile phone in a 3GPP mobile communication system.

摘要: A device for exposing a peripheral area of a wafer having a photoresist applied thereon is provided in which an irradiation area is prevented from moving in a V-shape in a notch area of the wafer and unnecessary exposure of the wafer is prevented. The device includes an edge determination device, a device for moving the edge determination device, a irradiation moving device and a controller to control the edge determination moving device such that the amount of light received by the light receiving part becomes constant. The controller stops operation of the irradiation moving device when receiving a signal from the edge determination device showing the start of the notch and restarts operation after a given time has passed, or upon receiving a signal indicating the end of the notch.

摘要: A tape cartridge for housing magnetic tape includes first and second tape guide portions including upper and lower flanges provided thereon for guiding tape along a predetermined tape path according to rotation of supply and take-up reels of the tape cartridge. The tape is disposed such that an upper edge thereof contacts an inner side of an upper flange of the first tape guide and an inner side of the lower flange of the second tape guide. A width dimension between these two inner sides of the flanges being substantially equal to the width of the tape. This may be effected by mounting the first and second tape guide portions at different heights on a base plate of the cartridge. According to this, it is possible to substantially reduce `offtracking` of tape running in said cartridge.

摘要: A golf club comprising a head having a neck portion, a shaft having a distal end portion attached to the neck portion, and a neck neighboring portion extending above the neck portion at which the shaft is dynamically bent due to an impact of the head with a golf ball during a swing of the golf club. A member is provided in the shaft for increasing a response to the impact. For example, materials having a high elastic modulus under impact is inserted or a section modulus of the shaft is rearranged in the bendable portion. Accordingly, a lower portion of the shaft is initially bent backward relative to the remaining portion of the shaft and then is moved rapidly forward to cause the head to advance while in contact with the golf ball.
