    Abstract: A housing for a generator assembly can include an outer housing shell configured to enclose a plurality of generator components and a stator baffle disposed within the outer housing shell at a distance from an inner surface of the outer housing shell to form an air gap between the stator baffle and the outer housing shell to thermally insulate the plurality of generator components. The stator baffle can be configured to mount to a stator assembly of the generator components.

    Abstract: A gear shroud arrangement includes a mounting plate defining an aperture therethrough. A first cylindrical shroud is included having a first end and an opposed second end, wherein the first end of the first shroud is connected to an outer periphery of the mounting plate and is aligned with the aperture. A backing plate is mounted to the second end of the first shroud. A second cylindrical shroud extends from the backing plate in a direction opposite the first shroud.

    Abstract: A terminal lead support for use in an integrated drive generator has a body defining an outer end extending to two outer angled surfaces. The outer angled surfaces each extend to curved end portions. The curved end portions connect the outer angled surfaces into inner angled surfaces. The inner angled surfaces each extend into cupped portions formed about a radius. There are six apertures formed within the body, with laterally outer apertures spaced from the outer surface by a greater amount than laterally intermediate apertures. The laterally intermediate apertures are spaced from the outer surface by a greater amount than laterally inner apertures. An integrated drive generator and a method of replacing a terminal lead support are also disclosed.

    Abstract: An electrical terminal device adapted to mount to a structure, and including a electrically non-conductive substructure, an electrically non-conductive cover, a heat resistant shroud, and an electric terminal. The substructure is in contact with the structure. The cover is engaged to the substructure. The substructure and the cover define a chamber, and the substructure defines, at least in-part, a sealed passage in communication with the chamber. The heat resistant shroud substantially covers the cover. The cover is substantially located between the shroud and the substructure. The electric terminal is located in the chamber and is attached to the substructure.
