Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for transmitting uplink control information and an apparatus, applicable to a multi-carrier system. A user terminal receives physical layer signaling from a network device, where the physical layer signaling includes first indication information. The user terminal determines, according to the first indication information, a bit quantity of periodic CSI that can be sent on a channel resource or a piece quantity of periodic CSI that can be sent on a channel resource. The user terminal determines, according to the bit quantity or the piece quantity of the periodic CSI that can be sent, to-be-sent periodic CSI from periodic CSI corresponding to multiple downlink carriers. The user terminal sends HARQ-ACK information and the to-be-sent periodic CSI on the channel resource.

Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method and an apparatus for controlling uplink transmit power of UE, UE, and a base station, and the method includes: determining subframe configuration information, where the subframe configuration information is used to indicate base stations corresponding to all subframes in a radio frame; determining static power control parameters corresponding to all the base stations; determining a TPC adjustment value of a current subframe; and determining uplink transmit power of the current subframe according to a static power control parameter corresponding to a base station corresponding to the current subframe and the TPC adjustment value of the current subframe. In the embodiments of the present invention, when UE is connected to at least two base stations, control over uplink transmit power can be implemented when the UE sends data to different base stations.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for supporting user equipment in task execution, which are used to resolve a problem that a result of measurement and/or synchronization performed by user equipment is erroneous. In the method, a first network-side device acquires duration of a cell working state, where the duration of the cell working state includes duration for which a cell performs signal sending and/or duration for which the cell does not perform signal sending; and the first network-side device determines a time for user equipment to perform measurement and/or synchronization, where the time for the user equipment to perform measurement is within a range of duration for which a to-be-measured cell performs signal sending, and the time for the user equipment to perform synchronization is within a range of duration for which a serving cell performs signal sending.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide an uplink transmission method, a base station and a user equipment. The method includes: receiving uplink split information sent by a first base station, wherein the uplink split information is used for instructing a second base station to receive data in buffers corresponding to N1 logic channel groups of a user equipment, the N1 logic channel groups are determined by the first base station from a BSR sent by the UE, and N1 is a positive integer larger than 0; determining N2 logic channel groups from the N1 logic channel groups, wherein N2 is a non-negative integer smaller than or equal to N1; and sending feedback information to the first base station, wherein the feedback information is used for indicating the determined result. In an embodiment of the present invention, a flexibility of the uplink transmission is improved.
Abstract:
This application provides a data transmission method and an apparatus, in which two radio access network devices share a resource. A first radio access network device determines a resource occupation status corresponding to a different status of a second access network device on a shared resource. The first radio access network device indicates the resource occupation status to a terminal device served by the first radio access network device. The terminal device determines an available resource in a shared carrier based on the resource occupation status, and communicates with the first access network device using the available resource. The first radio access network device can perform communication on the shared resource regardless of a status of the second radio access network device on the shared resource, so that the two radio access network devices flexibly and efficiently coexist in the shared carrier. This improves utilization of the shared resource.
