Carbon material B has particularly excellent electrical conductivity properties. Further, a ratio of a length “a” of a longer axis or side to a length “b” of the shorter axis or side is set to a range of 1.3≦a/b≦3.0 in the cross section of the stationary iron core 5 and the moving iron core 6.
