摘要: An information access system includes a reader/writer device and an information storage device. In the information storage device, a receiver unit senses a carrier of an RF signal at a first frequency for detection, in a first time period occurring at time intervals, and receives an information request signal in response to detection of a carrier of an RF signal at the first frequency, and senses a carrier of an RF signal at a second frequency in response to reception of the information request signal. In the storage device, a control causes the receiver unit to sense a carrier of an RF signal at the first frequency for detection, in a second time period after a sleep time period which is shorter than the time interval, in response to non-detection by the receiver unit of a carrier of an RF signal at the first frequency in the first time period.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to solve the bending of an NMR probe and a room temperature shim coil so that they can be positioned easily. In the NMR spectrometer including split-pair magnets and a cross bore, a high rigidity straight pipe to which an NMR probe and a room temperature shim coil are attached so as to make an integral object, is provided. The outer diameter of the straight pipe is smaller than the inner diameter of a horizontal bore into which the room temperature shim coil and the probe are inserted. After the room temperature shim coil and the NMR probe are attached to the straight pipe by bolts, respectively, the integral object is inserted into the horizontal bore (a room temperature space) of the NMR spectrometer. The room temperature shim coil and the probe may be attached to different straight pipes.

摘要: A probe of an ear-type clinical thermometer 20 comprises a first heat insulation member 210 made of a resin material and a second high heat insulation member 220 made of a resin material that is connected to a distal end of the first heat insulation member 210 by conventional coupling means. The second high heat insulation member 220 is tapered forwardly and is provided on the distal end with a concave surface 221. A protection cover 230 sheathes the first heat insulation member 210 and second high heat insulation member 220. A thermistor fine lead wire 240 is embedded in the first heat insulation member 210 and second high heat insulation member 220 so that a turning end portion 241 of the wire 240 is bridged over the concave surface 221 of the second high heat insulation member 220 to be exposed above the concave surface 221. An ultrafast responsivity thermistor 250 is mounted substantially on a center of the turning end portion 241 of the thermistor fine lead wire 240.

摘要: Analysis data constituted by a plurality of parameters is acquired on the basis of detection values obtained in processes for an object to be processed from a detector arranged in a plasma processing apparatus. With respect to parameters of analysis data decided as abnormal data, as a degree of influence on abnormality, a contribution to, e.g., a residual score is calculated (degree-of-influence calculating step). Contributions of the parameters are set at 0 or a value close to 0 in a descending order of contribution of the parameters to sequentially calculate residual scores, and, when the residual scores are not more than a predetermined value, the parameters having the contributions which are set at 0 or a value close to 0 until now as parameters which cause abnormality (cause-of-abnormality deciding step).
